"The restaurant was mostly vacant, but there was a surge of customers in the drive-thru during lunch. When our food took longer than anticipated, I tried to remain patient. I noticed another customer who had been waiting a long time growing frustrated, and when he voiced his concerns, they quickly brought out his food, indicating that they may have forgotten about him.
When it was finally our turn to receive our order, I realized that our drinks were missing. I had ordered three regular Baja Blasts, but instead, they handed us three freezes, despite my explicit request for soda. To make things worse, when I took a bite of my spicy cheesy chicken burrito, I found out they had actually given me a spicy cheesy steak burrito instead! I didn’t raise a complaint at the time since we had already paid and I don’t mind steak, but I would have preferred chicken.
I initially tried to attribute the mistakes to the lunch rush or possible understaffing, but that didn't seem to be the case. We even ordered online while in the store to prevent any delays. I'm genuinely disappointed with this Taco Bell location. I understand it's a busy spot, but they got several aspects of my order wrong, despite my clear communication about what I wanted!"
