"This restaurant has the potential to be excellent if it had better management for organization and order. It was nice to see all the team members in their cute DQ logo t-shirts, each specializing in different menu items. However, our previous experiences have been disappointing, with dry sandwiches and a malfunctioning Misty machine. During our latest visit, it appeared that the staff was inexperienced, leading to delays and confusion in line. The credit card reader was out of order, and the loudspeaker for drive-thru orders wasn’t functioning. Despite these challenges, our order was mostly satisfactory, but improvements in management are necessary for the restaurant's future success. We hope to see positive changes and will continue to come back to this establishment."
