"Firstly, the server was absolutely delightful—so kind, courteous, and genuinely apologetic about the delay we experienced. We arrived around the same time as several other diners, placed our orders promptly, but then had to wait almost an hour for our food. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the French dip while my partner had the Philly cheesesteak; the roast beef in both sandwiches was sliced far too thick and was so tough that it was challenging to take a bite. The fries were quite decent, though. On a positive note, our thoughtful waitress took $10 off our bill because of the long wait, but despite that gesture, I wouldn’t consider coming back."
