"One of my favorite things on this planet is a good diner with excellent breakfast. One of the things I can?t stand the most is horrible service. This experience tonight was the epitome of horrible service and if I was the owner, I?d be embarrassed. Theplace is dead, 10 tables with people at them tops. However, it?s a huge staff on duty, I?ve counted 12 different workers outfront and I haven?t accounted for anyone in the back. Three servers rolling silverware. Two on their phone. One flirting with aguy at the counter since I?ve been here. Took 10 minutes to get seated and only after I asked if I could seat myself. Thiswasn?t because it was busy, it definitely wasn?t busy. No one but me waiting for a seat. It was due to no hostess at the front,they had to go find her. The plethora of staff just stare at you rather than provide good service. 25 minutes later I finallygot a server to come take my drink order. Didn?t get my drink for another 20 mins. They brought it with my food. Food was ok. Ileft home, drove 20 minutes one way, specifically to come here and get food. I ended up wasting 2 hrs of my day. I blamemanagement 100% no one is running this ship. I?ve been to another location where it was so full of customers there was a longwait to get inside. The service was phenomenal and food was excellent. This location is the complete opposite experience."

"I recently visited Clusters once again, and their fried chicken was absolutely divine! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning that made be every bite burst with flavor. The sides were just as impressive, complementing the chicken perfectly. The friendly service and welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. If you're a fried chicken lover, Clusters is a must-visit!"

The chicken seemed a bit over cooked too crisp) -1 star), however, the pancakes were good +1star). The salmon bites and sauce were extremely delicious +2 stars). I had the salmon with spinach and grits which was justokay. I was nervous when it came out because it looked very soupy and I did not see grits nor a lot of spinach it had to bemixed together) +1 star). We also ordered lobster mac and cheese to go I didn?t get a photo) which was very disappointing tosay the least. It was made with all claw meat -2 stars) and just not that good compared to other restaurants that I?ve tried.Lastly, the mimosas, environment and DJ were enjoyable especially since the music was censored) +3 stars). The service wasgood as well. Overall, it was okay. I always advise everyone to experience for themselves because it wasn?t the worst, I wasjust expecting better. "we enjoyed our evening in the copper canyon grill very much. there was live music, and it was good. Although there was a fair bit of ambient noise, we could still hear ourselves easily with normal voice. we liked that there were lighter above each table so that we could read our menu. our server was wonderfully knew the menu well, could make recommendations and was attentive. eating was very good. the chocolate uprising we had for dessert, was enough for at least 3 people and delicious. the price lets us say only for special occasions, but we would go back."

What type of restaurant doesn't answer the phone but keeps taking my money for avocado and don't put it on there and doesn't want to give me a refund."

"No pomp, no circumstances, just delicious! Wow, the other five star reviews do not do Osaka justice. I had salmon, tune, and shrimp nigiri and my brother had a few different California rolls. They have the freshest FRESHEST fish I've had in years! The salmon was beautiful, the shrimp was firm (not rubbery at all) the tuna was cut so adeptly... I feel my words pale. I hope I can upload my teriyaki chicken video (you can hear the sound of angels) chilled plum wine, and I'm in flavor country! The service was the perfect amount of attentive! Not around until you need something, then magically appearing. Speechless at Osaka! Amazing!"

"Went with my girls upon arrival everything looked cool. The waiting area bar are cute. I’m not sure if our server was new but the service was lacking. Could’ve been the loud music but my order was wrong then he explained it was because he thought what I said didn’t exist on the menu so he picked a soundalike but ??? Why don’t you know the menu lol. My friends got the same chicken waffles order but the presentation was completely different. One had fruit fancy drizzle while the other had nothing (my friends are extra though changed up an original meal on the menu for that so I’ll give a pass). Aside from that, we waited a really long time for the food. It was to the point we started looking around for our server. Cajun seafood grits were absolutely bomb though. I’d give it another try just for the food but not pressed to revisit anytime soon."

"This was definitely a bad experience for me 4/2/22. After getting a text message stating my group and I table was ready, we get there and the host and people don?t know what?s going on. 15 more minutes waiting and the host was kindly enough to sit us anywhere. I believe they were short staff so not only did she sit us she took our order. We ordered drinks and oysters for appetizers and our seafood boils. It was a table of 4. Table was small. Our food came out before our appetizer but once our oysters came out we had to stack cold trays on our hot food because we didn?t have a room on the table. I began to ask for the supervisor because this has been poor customer service. Supervisor heard me out but walked away as if he didn?t care. In between my friend eating her food she found a piece of hair in her food. She know it?s not hers because her hair is braided. Supervisor still lost walking around like he can?t figure out how to compensate poor customer service. While trying to figure out an employee with a black and white hair wrap walk pass saying (if you don?t have no money just say that) wow that type of behavior in the customer service field talking to a customer. So I began to exchange words and profanity because I feel like this the worst customer service. The supervisor then take off the tax on our bill to compensate. We went through a bad experience just to have tax taken off. He made it seem like we were complaining for nothing or that we didn?t have money. My friend had hair in her food her bill should have been free, he took $3.00 off. Let?s not forget to mention the food was nasty. Sausage not cooked well. Corn over cooked, potatoes were smaller than a quarter. Horrible experience I will never go back to the Bowie location. And this happened around 9:30pm. So I didn?t tip and I put on my receipt. (If you don?t have no money just say that) the host/server peers just ruined her tip . The supervisor just ruined her tip. The police officer also called me out for using profanity but didn?t say anything to the rude employee who shouted out stating I didn?t have money because I didn?t want to pay for poor customer service. Crafty crab and crazy crab is better I will never go back to this place ever again."

However, when I arrived, the staff seemed confused when I mentioned my online order. They had to pull up my order in their system, print out the receipt, and then start making it from scratch. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes, and the place wasn’t even busy. No one apologized for the inconvenience. They really shouldn’t accept online orders if they can’t manage them properly."

"Late post from 8/25/2023 my Birthday. I ordered for delivery. My soda was flat and thick with no sticker over the straw area. I didn't drink the rest. Next day I was foggy when I woke up, I couldn't remember the day or what I had to take care of for the day. I believe the Door Dash driver slipped something in my drink. Once he handed me my order we locked eyes, his face was mostly covered with his hood and mask. I normally order with Uber eats and I used to deliver for them so I know Popeyes always puts a sticker on the straw insert especially the location I ordered from. FYI if your drinks dont have a sticker on the straw insert and they normally put it there believe is it suspect. Popeyes never answered my calls and I never went there to make a formal complaint and I couldn't find the door dash driver information after he delivered. Drink not pictured"

Arrived home only to find out my SC was prepared wrongly (added tomato and lettuce.I am allergic to tomato). I explained to manager, I do not live near to come back and time is of the esscense. Manager stated, come back when back in the area and they will remake SC.I asked if there was a timeframe, he said no. Just provide phone number to pick up remake SC. When I called 4 to 5 days later, the Manager or establishment would not honor what they said to me. Also added a timeframe on it. Made all excuses why they would not correct the wrong that was made or honor what was stated. The new female worker who place the order made the mistake, not me. Because of this I will not support this establishment anymore. Food is nothing I will really miss. I can spend my $60 somewhere else on my family."
