"I’ve tried their BBQ ribs, Kailua pork, and brisket, and every dish is delicious, juicy, and so tender it practically falls apart! You can tell they’re cooked to perfection. Even the side salads and tater tots are fresh and unique—not your usual sides. The salads are full of vibrant flavors, and the tater tots arrive hot and perfectly seasoned. Having moved to Maui from California five months ago, I’ve already been here four times. Honestly, I could eat here every week! Surprisingly, my favorite is the grass-fed burger. It’s incredibly juicy with the best flavor I’ve ever had—hands down the best burger around. It’s topped with sautéed mushrooms, grilled onions, sharp cheddar, and super tender pork belly that barely needs chewing. The patty is handmade, big, juicy, and absolutely delicious! What I love most is how carefully they assemble everything, making sure every bite is perfect. It’s not a messy burger with toppings falling out; each bite is just right. I also really enjoy the dill pickle and hot tater tots on the side. I’ve been hooked on this burger during my last two visits and can’t wait to come back!"

Melt in your mouth brisket and delicious meats! The fern salad was also super tasty. A great stop with a vegan food truck nearby plus coffee, coconut water, and a bathroom!

One of the BEST burgers I have ever had!! So glad we stopped here. Great tasting burger with jalapeño cream cheese, shredded bbq pork, a fried egg and chipotle sauce!! And spicy tater tots!! Soooo delicious

Perfect casual meal. Had the Kalua Pork and the Venison Sausage. Both amazing. The fern salad was really, really good. Wash it down with an organic lemonade! Covered picnic tables for shade. Would repeat and highly recommend.

Honestly, this is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. We sampled the brisket, pork belly, chicken, and burger, and every dish was outstanding. The pohole salad and tater tots were also delicious. If you’re returning from Hana, this spot is an ideal way to end your journey. I would definitely dine here again. Ver carta

New name, same delicious BBQ. I first reviewed this BBQ years ago back when the place was called Ka Haku Smoke Shack and located a little bit further down the road towards Hana. Well, after finding myself back on Maui, I had to go track down the BBQ I hadbeen reminiscing about. It did not disappoint. They have more items on the menu now and my advice is... get them all and get thepohole salad as your side.

Simply put, it’s INCREDIBLE! Though the location is a bit tucked away, the journey is definitely worth it. The smoked huli huli chicken is, without a doubt, the best non-fried chicken I've ever had. The brisket loco moco is equally amazing and a close runner-up. There are no long waits and plenty of covered seating to enjoy your meal comfortably. This spot won’t stay a secret for long, so be sure to stop by before it gets crowded!

I had given up on food here in Maui?. I was going to go ahead and starve (jk) my partner was set on trying hui hui chicken ???? and I wasn?t gonna order anything until I saw reviews on the brisket loco moco. I love brisket, eggs with yolk, mushrooms Sauceon my rice. Well I didn?t know I did until today!! It was amazing here and I recommend it!!!?
