Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

My kids asked for a medium rare steak they both got rare. My husband asked for a rare steak ended up with a raw steak. Service was horrible the servers didn't seem to care.

the environment was clean. the bar staff was nice. she didn't know how it was her second day. but she was professional and honest, nice that it wasn't thirsty at night. but my salad was good.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our order was taken promptly after we were seated. Our salads were prepared quickly, but our main dishes took a bit longer. However, the wait was worth it as we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Ver carta

We were looking for a place to eat and watch a football game. This place was fine. The staff seems to be untrained and all the manager did was walk around the place. No one seemed to want to help the bartender when minor things needed, like a to go box.

The greeter was kind of stand offish, but my waiter was EXCELLENT! He was very patient, gave me suggestions on what to order, since I was the only one dining. Very attentive, conversation was nice, assisted me in paying my bill at my table. Very nice gentleman ?

So, we have been there a couple of times now. Both times, we had mediocre service and good food. Well, the second time we our appetizer wasn't the greatest, but it was tolerable. I'm not sure if we'll go back. At this point, it's just convenient as it's only 5 minutes from the house. Ver carta

It has been a long time since visiting one of these places... our food was good and our waiter couldn't have done better. We were pleasantly surprised as I have heard bad things from friends that have been over the past year. Glad we went out on the limb and took the chance. It was a very nice meal with the girl friends.

It took forever to be seated, over an hour on a Tuesday night at 8p. We were given a free dessert of the manager's choosing and when I asked for no chocolate drizzle on the ice cream, the waiter told me that he wouldn't charge us for the special one. I asked for no drizzle because it gives me a migraine. I don't know when my husband and I will go back.

There was no wait for seating and ample parking available. The young man who greeted us was new but attentive. The menu offered a wide selection of burgers, ribs, and other dishes. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, with my chicken being particularly tender. It had been a while since my last visit to Applebee's before the pandemic, and I noticed that the atmosphere had changed - it felt a bit dull.
