"We hadn’t been to an Arby’s in a long time, since we come from out of state. We were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, we were very, very disappointed. The cashier, though very nice, did not seem to understand the menu at all! The way she was explaining the specials was very confusing. Not being sure of herself, she proceeded to ask another employee, who may have been the manager, I’m not sure, and she seemed very annoyed, and not helpful at all. In order to get the two for seven, you had to get at least one of the exact sandwiches. And I mean exact, cheese, sauce, and everything. It definitely is not a Burger King, Have it your way . We chose not to get the special, and asked for Swiss cheese instead on my roast beef sandwich. What I got was a so-called processed Swiss cheese, as I was later informed, which looked and tasted like American white cheese, and it wasn’t even melted! I was also told that, since I was ordering a special sandwich, that I would be getting an onion roll. Never got the onion roll, it was a plain sesame seed roll! Fries were cold. Just to be polite, I offered an FYI to the cashier on my way out, who still seem confused about the whole menu. As a result I think my husband and I are done going to any kind of Arbys, in any other state!"

Fastest service I've ever gotten at any fast food restaurant. Also one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever been in. Ver carta

Good is good as usual. Service was slow but they are obviously short handed. Order taker must have been new as he had to have lots of help getting our order right.

Floor was extremely slippery! Food was extremely expensive! No reason for 4 plus dollar regular roast beef sandwich.Wheelchair accessibility: There were handicapped tables. Place needs to dry the floors before someone falls.

On October 18, 2023, the woman at the drive-thru declined to double toast the bread on my sandwich. When I requested it, she just responded with a curt "nope" and spat out my order total. This location missed out on a sale because of her attitude, and I can't help but think that I’m not the only one who feels this way. It was pretty unprofessional considering she earns $17 an hour. **Takeout Meal Type:** Dinner **Price per Person:** $10–20 **Food Rating:** ★★★★☆ (4/5) **Service Rating:** ★★★★★ (5/5) **Atmosphere Rating:** ★★★☆☆ (3/5) I highly recommend trying the Arby's Signature Sandwiches, particularly the Roast Beef and Sliders. The Turkey Gyros and sandwiches are also worth checking out. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding, making for an enjoyable experience overall. The atmosphere was decent but nothing too special. Great value for a satisfying dinner!

"The restaurant offers a wide variety of beer options, with a particular emphasis on their Pennsylvania selections, and they also have a cocktail menu. The food choices are well-balanced, providing a little bit of everything without being overwhelming. The kitchen service was quick, and the presentation of the dishes was impressive. Although I'm not usually a fan of homemade potato chips, I decided to try them here. They were the best homemade chips I've tasted, but they still didn't change my overall preference against them. Perhaps they could consider creating a signature seasoning for sweet and spicy homemade chips. During our visit, the bartender Rick faced a bit of a challenge. He was serving my husband and me when another patron accidentally knocked over his beer, spilling about half of it toward Rick behind the bar. I noticed that Rick barely got wet, with just a little beer hitting his pants. He muttered some angry remarks and stormed off to the kitchen, where we heard a loud crash. He soon returned with a towel, wiping down the bottles where the beer had spilled while clearly expressing his annoyance under his breath. A waitress then approached to take a drink order, and Rick explained that the patron had spilled beer on him, making a wiping gesture at his shirt, which was actually dry. When Rick went to take the patron’s payment, they exchanged some words. I felt that Rick overreacted to a minor mistake; the patron wasn’t drunk—he had simply bumped into the beer while packing his to-go food. Mistakes happen, and it’s important to remember that kindness brings happiness, Rick. Before leaving, I also asked if I could purchase a shot glass from their display, which had prices listed for various items. Rick initially went to storage but returned with a plastic shot cup, claiming they were the same. However, he eventually came around the bar and handed me the glass shot glass from the display. So, thank you, Rick! I appreciate your effort and willingness to make things right!"
