"When I first arrived, the absence of Diet Coke on the menu almost made me leave, but I decided to stick around and opted for water (which I wasn’t thrilled about, but I find Diet Pepsi even less appealing). I’m so glad I stayed! I ordered the large P1 House Special with Eye Round Steak, Brisket, and Meatballs, and it was absolutely phenomenal. This is, hands down, the best pho I’ve ever had, and I enjoy it quite often. The broth was incredibly flavorful, the meat was tender and plentiful, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. I couldn’t finish my bowl, which is shocking since I have a big appetite. I also tried the crab angels; while they were quite small, they were tasty. I probably won’t order them again, as I want to save room for the amazing pho. You must try this place; you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait for my next visit."

"My family and I have been coming to nattys for almost 3 years and been having Nick as our server, but he has recently found a new job. Which we are happy for him, but ever since he left the service has gone downhill. Today was the last straw, as the server took forever to get my husband another drink. He only had 4 tables including us. I get he’s fairly new, but he could’ve asked the bartender for help. My husband finally asked for another beer, and we asked to be closed out. He ranged it in and closed us out and waited 30 minutes didn’t get the beer. Went up to the bar to ask the bartender to void the beer we didn’t receive. He got the the clip board and threw it where they place the drinks for the servers and told me our server will take care of it when he’s not busy. The bartender said under his breath that he was going to go get it. He was very upset. The server finally went to get our check to fix it, but the fixing took forever. What I couldn’t stand was the rudeness of the bartender. I’m a server myself, which I understand the overwhelming aspect of serving, but the rudeness and no communication is what just ruined it. Hopefully they hire better people that actually care and aren’t rude. 11/16/2023 went at 11am."

"I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, as I particularly enjoyed the California Roll, Baby Octopus Appetizer, Tokyo Roll, White Tuna, Octopus, Mackerel, Rainbow Roll, Packers Roll, Summer Roll, Sushi, Yakitori 2 Sticks, and Fried Rice. The flavors were well-balanced and everything tasted fresh. The service also deserves a 4 out of 5, as the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant as well, with a cozy ambiance that added to the overall dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend trying some of their recommended dishes and enjoying a meal at this restaurant. It's a great spot for a nice dinner out."

"I'm unsure whether to categorize Lagniappe Brasserie as fine dining or casual dining. My wife and I dined there on a Saturday night, so I expected them to be at their best. I appreciate a wait staff that is polite, attentive, and professional. Instead, we encountered a chatty waiter who seemed more interested in entertaining us with jokes than providing good service. When I asked for menu recommendations, he had to step away to consult someone else. The gentleman in the back, casually dressed with his shirt untucked, didn’t spill anything on us, so I guess that's a plus. The food itself wasn’t bad, but I had to request a sharper knife to cut my meat—a red flag. Sadly, the steak was overcooked, but by that point, my expectations had already dropped significantly."
