"I had a very disappointing experience with Bagels and Brew. Our company regularly orders food from there, but during my last order, I found a bug in my salad. I couldn’t identify it, but it made me feel quite ill afterward. When I called to speak with the manager and share my concerns, I was put in touch with the catering managers. Unfortunately, the connection was poor, and the conversation wasn't very productive. The catering managers responded quite rudely and did not apologize for the issue with the food. Their attitude suggested that they saw my complaint as just an attempt to get a free meal, as if I would take the time to call for a $10 meal or bagel. It’s important for restaurants to respect their regular customers and take their feedback seriously. When someone takes the time to report an issue, it should be seen as an opportunity for improvement. I assure you, I wouldn't have made a ten-minute call just for a free $10 meal. Please show more respect for your customers."

their objects themselves are good, but not the precoated sandwiches. do not sometimes sprinkle bagels, or put cube cheese in cream cheese. their ice products are somehow meh. 1 star coz it could be really good, but it's just never

The food and coffee was delicious. It?s definitely crowded on the weekend and there?s a wait. It wasn?t too long. We got our food about 25 minutes after we ordered. We were there at 9 and the place was already full with a line. There?s indoor and outdoor dining there. Prices are reasonable.

This is the best bagel West of NYC. The variety is very good but I can do without the California touch such as the multi color kitsch one. It has the neighborhood vibe so missing in today's eating place. One big minus, the Coffee is terrible and completely undrinkable. This is why it gets only 4 stars. Ver carta

I am impressed, Boqueria West 40th St was definitely phenomenal. This is a casual and friendly little place. The menu is really great, a lot of very good choices, I had to go with Tortilla Espanola, and it was incredible. The best part of this spot is the staff. I 100 percent recommend Boqueria West 40th St.

I have been coming to this restaurant since they finished construction at my house in Laguna Niguel. Whether it's breakfast or dinner, this place is one of the best in Orange County. The bagels here remind me of the ones I used to enjoy in Baltimore in 1992-1993. They also offer delicious dinners and lunches. It's a popular spot for business meetings, personal gatherings, and simply enjoying great food!
