"This place was fantastic! The atmosphere here was relaxed and our waitress Seira was absolutely fantastic! The bread is a beautiful Italian touch. The soft crab starter I really found impressive! I had the Filet Mignon it was 9 thick ounces delicate juicy delicacies! The fresh squash was a nice compliment to the court. Roast Ente was sweet and tasteful! Lobster was cooked correctly and the deserts met the place!"

"4.7 stars. Cool vibe and good lunch selections. Opted for the French Dip and we weren’t disappointed at all. Served quickly on warm crusty roll with the temperature of the meat perfectly melting the cheese. Au jus cup of sauce also nice and hot and delicious flavor. Not overly salty as in many other places. Good service by Jesse too. It hit the spot ! It’s popular for a good reason. See for yourself."

"My grandmother went to this location today, 2/10/25 to get food for my younger cousin. She had to wait at least 20+ minutes on her order to be brought to the vehicle. When it was brought it, a manager approached her and told her that the employee rang her meal up incorrectly and that because that happen, when she comes back she would have to pay extra.... I don't believe this should be on the customer, instead it should be a coachable moment for the employee who took her order. She is 74 years old and I'm sorry, but that was just absolutely uncalled for, especially with this being a company that uses Christian based beliefs for their ego. Personally, we will never come back to this location again if this is how management is going to treat paying customers. Honestly, if he truly had an issue with what transpired, he should have completely refunded the initial order and then put it back into the system correctly. However, that was not the case and I really wish I had the name of the manager whom she had this interaction with because I would 100% report him to his superior. Completely unprofessional and I think this manager needs to be retrained and be forced to take a class on hospitality."

"I'm giving Provino's a solid 5 stars. While it offers a quality similar to some higher-end restaurants downtown, the prices are much more reasonable. It's a charming red sauce Italian spot located on the side of Shorter Ave. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious. You'll always enjoy the complimentary garlic yeast rolls, served fresh from the oven. The hand-tossed salad that accompanies any entrée is also quite tasty. The house wines are affordable and surprisingly good. Plus, the decor is quite pleasant. If you're choosing between this place and a chain like Olive Garden, I would choose Provino's every single time."

"A friend and I ordered lunch this past Thursday by phone. Have ordered here many times by placing orders by phone and paid once we picked up. This time, after ordering, told we had to pay while on the phone, debit card info was given to person on phone and order was placed. Friday night several orders were placed, one was to Rooms to Go and another stated Emu, using my debit card information, for 250.00. I’m not saying someone at McAllisters Deli used my card and ordered things but this is the only place that I’ve given out my card info in the past several months, and it’s very suspicious that mcallisters Deli has NEVER asked for payment before when calling in a order for pickup! People be aware! This is being investigated by my bank."
