Our server, Francisco, was quick to take and serve our orders/food. She was so pleasant making sure we were satisfied and happy! Food was so delicious!!

Our server, Francisco, was prompt in taking and delivering our orders. He was so friendly that we were pleased and content! The food was incredibly tasty!

It was a good meal, and prices were budget friendly. Staff was great meal come out hot about 20 mins or so til the meal hit the table after the order was placed. Ver carta

shirley was our wonderful server. service was fast and the food was excellent. you want to see front doors in wood texture lacquer. space was clean with good atmosphere.

Eat is good. the service is terrible. I just left two waiting. it was said that it would take 15 minutes. 6 tables left and was not seated. in the meantime the entire waiting section filled. very bad administration at this place. Ver carta

Too busy talking to come back and check on my meal hash browns were not done right I had to walk up to the counter to tell the waitress who was too busy doing other things and lost the idea of “service”. Even checking out they were talking and I just left my money on the counter!? Also the windows were dirty instead of leaning they could be cleaning to make the restaurant look nice for guests losing their touch here sad ? because I always loved Bob Evans

extremely disappointing! the customer service has hit a new ground here. After she had to remember the waitress on coffee, she heard how she told other customers behind us, it didn't matter. ham, who had a little press or held on it. french toast half cooked. over hard egg is still casual. we tried to pay at least for the drink we hardly touched, and we said: "Now go! "we and friends will not come back because the manager, standing in the service window would not acknowledge or speak to us. you lost several customers today.

Ordered three meals only one could be eaten,and it was missing the banana bread. The chicken noodle soup was chicken broth with a scant number of carrots and a few noodles. The third meal was a pot roast sandwich which was thrown in the trash it was not even close to being eatable . Then they frogot the cold slaw that went with it. I called Bob Evans and was put on hole to speak with the manager but after waiting 8 minutes I hung up .Just goes to show how much they dont care about their customers. Save your 50 dollars and go anywhere else Ver carta
