I try to give second and third chances, but unfortunately, Braums has lost me.. the fries are never fresh and salty everything, then When I ask for made to order fries and pulled up to wait for them, they still not fresh as if they dropped them back in the grease ugh.

I went Wednesday night and it was 9:45 not even time to closed and the guy was so rude to us and every other customer he had a big attitude. Braums needs to do better in hiring people y’all need people that gives good service. He should be fired he wears glasses and he was he’s ear pierced.

I waited 20 minutes for my food, and they brought the wrong dishes out twice. When they finally delivered my sandwiches, they included a sad-looking box of lettuce and carrots. I informed them that this wasn’t my salad; I had ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad. The server went to check and returned with the same box of lettuce, now topped with a piece of chicken, informing me that they were out of the strawberry salad. I refused to pay $8 for a handful of lettuce. This was my last visit to Braum's; it always seems to take at least 20 minutes, and they consistently mess up the orders. Ver carta

I wish DQ is open this morning. So I don’t have a horrible customer service experience. I just get my beacons order for this morning. I’m the very first customer to order and they are not open at 6am. I have to knock the door and the two girls at the shop are unpleasant. They don’t know how to greet to costumer when they come into the store.” Hi, good morning or welcome to Braum’s something like that “ especially cashier girl are rude. I'm in Tyler for work and was craving some ice cream, so I decided to check out a nearby place after reading some reviews. I noticed that many negative comments focused on the customer service, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. I ordered the single dip brownie fudge sundae, and it was fantastic. The balance of ice cream, brownie, and toppings was just right. However, I had to rate my experience 3 stars because of the service. The employee was quick, and I received my ice cream almost immediately, but he appeared uninterested and didn’t smile at all. During my recent visit, I utilized the drive-thru, and from the get-go, it was clear the staff were not up to par.
