"Wonderful service, so clean and friendly. We got the AYCE sushi and we were not disappointed at all. It was fresh and delicious. The server also was attentive to my husband's food allergies; when he ordered a roll that had mayo in it they caught it and made him a special version. Love it and we will be back! Update: Still our #1 go-to sushi spot. Love it! The fish is so fresh and tender. 5s"

"I called to order a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. When I picked it up and returned to work, I discovered that the cheese wasn't even melted. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they suggested that I come back for a replacement sandwich. When I asked if they could deliver a new sandwich instead, they said that was not an option. They only offered me either a refund or a new sandwich, but not both, for the inconvenience. I spoke with Angel, an employee there, and when I requested to speak to a manager, he told me to call back tomorrow. The customer service left a lot to be desired, so I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again."

"I am so disappointed with the service here. Visiting a friend who frequents this deli with her husband and decided to order for dinner. The sandwiches came and her husband's was smothered in ranch which he is allergic to. Mistakes happen fine she calls back to let them know of their error, hoping they would rectify it quickly and was first told that she would be called back which was strange but then they said they would send a replacement sandwich in exchange for the messed up one. It's been 30 minutes and the deli is less than a mile away and no sandwich. The first order came within 15 minutes of us ordering. Now that I see some of the reviews it seems they have an accountability issue when they mess up and take it out on the customer. Smh"

"Roseann was exceptionally nice to us. Yesterday we were selling braiding are the passing of her father in law three-year memorial. They were 10 people in our group everything we wanted was excellent except for the seafood salad which had imitation crab. Next time I decide to go to Louis and Johnny’s I would ask that the imitation crab beyond made it from my seafood salad such a nice restaurant no need for it to have lesser quality products with good products."

"Recently, I took my children to the Irish coffee shop in Yonkers, hoping for a pleasant dining experience and a taste of Irish hospitality. Unfortunately, our visit turned out to be quite disappointing and discriminatory. Upon entering the coffee shop, we were greeted by a rude woman who seemed unwelcoming. When I went to place our order, she looked at us with disdain, stating that we were not welcome in her establishment and suggesting we eat elsewhere. This discriminatory treatment left us feeling hurt and marginalized. As Irish Travelers, we had hoped to celebrate our heritage and enjoy a taste of Ireland, but instead, we were met with exclusion and prejudice. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior in this day and age. All customers should be treated with kindness and fairness, regardless of their background. I hope the management takes action to address this unacceptable behavior and ensures it does not happen again. I urge potential customers to consider other options that prioritize inclusivity and respect for all patrons. It is important for businesses to create a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their background."
