"No seating, student's stay far too long doing homework and hanging ou, not allowing others space to sit down. A lot of them are not even eating or drinking anything. Their cups are empty and food has been eaten and they still take up seats! Why does management allow this? I don't know. You might think they'd want to be fair to all customers, not just students! This is going on constantly! I avoid going in there most of the time because I know I am not going to find a seat and I don't choose to walk around town with a cup of coffee when I really wanted to go in and grab something to eat to go along with it and sit down. They don't do this in other restaurants that I've been to around town, and that's because most likely, those restaurants do not want people to linger after they're done drinking and eating their food. they're out to make money for their business. Why Cafe Nero allows this, I don't know?"

The food is tasty, but I find it hard to justify paying $8 for a meal that is as small as a single slider.

I really enjoy coming here in the morning for hot latte in a big white mug, getting comfortable spot at the long tall table, get my notepad out and get a little work done. Feeling grateful.Service: 5/5

The coffee was delicious, but there were a lot of leftover grounds. The service was fast. The banana bread was moist. The food options were limited and most of them appeared to be prepackaged for quick service. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5. Ver carta

The coffee was average but the atmosphere was great. It would be a perfect spot to get some work done on a laptop. The tiramisu we had was a bit too sweet for our taste, but it wasn't terrible. I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 if I could. Overall, the food would get a rating of 3 out of 5.

Had a vegan breakfast sandwich that was pretty good! came with only egg and daiya I believe. the strawberry banana bottle was also vegan. had a vegan blueberry muffin that I would have been totally everywhere, but I already had the sandwich so I waived from spending extra money haha. still great!

I recently tried the vegan breakfast roll and a cup of tea at this café, and I must say it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is lovely and cozy, with beautiful decor throughout. I highly recommend this place for studying or enjoying a leisurely breakfast. They also have a selection of vegan pastries available. Ver carta

I had a vegan breakfast sandwich, which was quite tasty! It came with only egg substitute and Daiya cheese, I believe. The strawberry banana smoothie was also vegan. I also tried a vegan blueberry muffin that I wanted to get all over me, but I had already eaten the sandwich so I opted not to spend the extra money haha. Overall, it was still a great experience!

The ambiance of the restaurant is satisfactory, but I was put off by the unfriendliness and arrogance of a few of the servers. I believe that some of the staff members, who may be immigrants, could benefit from learning the proper etiquette and customer service standards in America. It could also be a situation where they prioritize being polite to white customers over African Americans. Whatever the case may be, they have room for improvement. In the meantime, I will choose to patronize other coffee shops in Boston. There are plenty of options available.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
