"So let's start by saying this is in Craig America, and I was raised not far from the Mexican border. Having said that, Fiesta Jalisco isn't bad. I ordered the fajitas, and they were okay. The Margarita was decent. I am just over a 3, but not more than 3.5. I wouldn't frequent this place, but if someone invited me, I would go and enjoy the company. Service: Dine in"

"The food did come out quickly. It looked fine, and everything was served warm. My husband ordered the regular enchilada and said it was very good. I had the chicken quesadilla, which I found to be quite bland—lots of chicken but very little cheese and basically no flavor. I ended up eating less than half of it. The portion sizes were generous, and our bill came to about $38 for two adults, only ordering soft drinks, no alcohol. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the experience. My husband enjoyed his meal but agreed that the service was subpar. Normally, we tip well, but this time we left a small tip because of the long wait for everything. Since we’re not from the area, I know we won’t be coming back. Honestly, even if we were locals, I wouldn’t choose to eat here again. I feel bad giving a negative review, but the staff appeared disorganized, and the food didn’t leave a good impression on me. On a positive note, the decor was cute!"

"This is a drive-thru-only, locally-owned family Mexican restaurant. The food was fantastic! It was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. The portions were generous and the flavors were incredible. I strongly recommend this place if you have somewhere to enjoy your meal. Just a heads up: the tacos vary based on what you order. The toppings and tortilla type are chosen to complement the meat, so if you have a strong preference for hard tacos or any specific style, you might be disappointed with the options they provide."

"While driving from Oregon to Texas, we stopped at this restaurant feeling quite hungry. It happened to be trivia night, and the atmosphere had a delightful small-town vibe, with many patrons clearly familiar with each other. Although we chose not to join in the trivia, the owner (I assume) still went out of their way to make us feel included, which was a lovely gesture. Despite the busy night, the service remained friendly and prompt, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. For vegetarians, there were salad options available, making it a fantastic choice for dinner!"

"I love Village Inns! But this one just lacked. Our server was so intense. I don't know how to describe her different than that. I wasn't impressed. We ordered a variety of breakfasts between us. The skillets were fine. Eggs on every order were undercooked or overcooked. Especially the later. My cheese omelet was just crispy with that burnt flavor to go with it. French toast was crunchy. It seemed like we waited a while for our food, but that wouldn't have even been a thing if our meal was good. I did get an AAA discount, 10%. That was good. (That membership easily pays for itself! They got way way busy as we were eating, just group after group walked in. Wonder how long their food wait was? They were out of jam. For real. Anymore though, I wonder how much of this is Covid and economy related. So I feel bad taking off if 5 stars. But, a review is about how my experience was. This is how it was."
