They have it set up where you can order ready made sandwiches but then they claim they don't make sandwiches to order anymore.

Pizza has gotten a lot better. No longer is it glue imitating Pizza but actual Pizza. Juicy, cheesy, and easy to hold. Bit pricey but everything is nowadays. Good pizza

I absolutely love this Casey's, even though I'm no longer working there. Hailey Huskey and Gwen Orr are the reasons why this store is so amazing. These two women are fantastic and treat you like family. I can't help but brag about this store and these wonderful women all the time! Ver carta

The staff at this location are friendly, and the pizza is great. I highly recommend downloading the rewards app if you haven't already! The upper management for customer service is also very approachable and quick to address any concerns or issues that arise. Overall, a positive experience!

Hailey is very rude. My husband was joking with another employee there and she informed him that they don’t need his business and he can shop elsewhere. Did the employee get reprimanded like the CUSTOMER did? No worries Hailey, we won’t be giving your company any more of our business while you are employed there. Very unprofessional.

The black girl is so rude I ask if I could get my gift card check and she said only if u buy something or call it that the only way to find out of u have money on it so I got something to find out how much was one it then I got something else when I went to put my phone number in for the rewards she taken a deep breath then she goes ohhh Ver carta

I ordered delivery and they forgot all our sauces. By the time the sauces arrived, the chicken was no longer edible. The manager was really nice on the phone, but it’s frustrating that they can’t issue a partial refund. Having to make another trip just for the sauces felt unnecessary. It’s not the manager’s fault, but it seems like a corporate issue.

I ordered four pizzas on three different occasions. The last time, I made a reservation and was initially pleased with the quality of the pizza. However, when I reached my table, I discovered that all four pizzas were undercooked on all three visits. Even after requesting them to be well done or crispy, I had to return them, but I was refused a refund and only offered a free pizza for next time. As if I would consider ordering again! Three strikes, and I’m done.

Just picked up a pizza that I ordered from Joe. He asked me what I wanted I told him pepperoni and mushroom and he even read it back to me. I picked it up and got home and it was Sausage and mushroom. I immediately called the store and they asked me to bring it back. Are you kidding me. I’m not driving another 40 minutes to exchange it. Joe was not there when I called. The girl on the phone apologized and while speaking to her there was another lady in the background basically calling me a liar and said that’s not what I ordered. How the hell does she know??? They said Joe would call me. You know that is not going to happen. That Casey’s continues to go downhill. That’s my last visit. Pathet... Ver carta
