Charleys Cheesesteaks

Didn't taste so bad, but too pricey: I paid $13 for the sub in the photo . I don't think it's worth that much.

Was pretty tasty. The meat to cheese proportions could be adjusted. As I didn’t have enough cheese to cover the meat. Overall it was pretty good and I’ll probably be back again

The prices are excessively high considering the quality of the food. The fries were undercooked, and the meat in the sandwiches was both dry and burnt, lacking any sauce. Paying $15 per person felt unjustified.

Overall fore the price it was not that great. The Worlds #1 Cheesesteak claim is clearly bogus. That said it was not the worst attempt at a Philly I have ever had. However, at 32$ fore 2 meals I was left underwhelmed.

Good food but rude customer service. We asked for a water cup but was told you have to buy water bottles. The lady at the front then proceeded to give the next customer a water cup but we couldn't get one. Really unprofessional. Ver carta

Me and my son went here to eat lunch. The food was fine not ground breaking or new. Now what I didn't like was that when I was at the counter ordering my food I could smell the trash cans behind the counter...you know that vinger-ish smell trash cans get when they have liquid in them and no one cleans them.

We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food, and to make matters worse, they forgot my child's meal. We would have been served much faster had we just waited in line. The store's response to our feedback was entirely unsatisfactory. The drinks were mainly ice, and the sandwiches were dry with minimal meat. After their response, I submitted a request for someone at a higher level to contact us. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location again. I was really looking forward to dining at Charleys because I love the food and service at other locations. Charleys, please address these issues!

We ordered online because the app states ?skip the line?. Don?t ever do that at this store! They continually took everyone else?s orders and fed them first. They didn?t even look at our online order until the line slowed down. We asked multiple timesabout our order. We submitted store feedback. Someone from the store called that evening to say ?I calling to ask you sorry butwe were busy.? Apparently I wasn?t considered a customer by ordering online. Our order was received 30 minutes after we placedit and even then?they left out the kid?s meal. We would have received our food much faster by standing in line.
