"The food was good overall; I have no complaints about that. However, I felt that the funnel cake was overcooked and a bit hard. I also spent $70 here, but we stood at the front for 20 minutes with no one assisting us or offering any information about the wait time. There were two ladies working who could have informed us that someone would attend to us shortly. When we finally placed our order, it was taken by a rather rude staff member. We asked him two questions, and both times he responded dismissively, saying, "It's right there." I've been in the food service industry since I was 14, and it’s clear that not everyone is suited for this line of work."

Ordered a churro bite party pack for my office and it was a hit! Deliciously warm little churros with a selection of dipping sauces that were all excellent. The only complaint is that the shopping center it's located in is sketchy. Ordering ahead is a plus!

I absolutely love visiting this place! They offer a fantastic variety of desserts. My personal favorites are the filled churros and the regular plain churros. They also serve delicious fried plantains. I even drive all the way from LA to Moreno Valley just to enjoy it!

Delicious! Everything was freshly made to order and absolutely mouthwatering. I totally love this place! The churro shake with fresh strawberries was amazing, and the churro stuffed with cream cheese was simply divine. The ice cream was also incredibly tasty, and the portion sizes were generous. This was my first time trying this place out,We got the mexican funnel cake, the oreo ice cream shake, filled churros and regular churros and let me tell you this place is bomb. The way the pictures look on the menu they seem like they'll be way to sweet but they are not. Filled with lots of flavor from the fresh fruit toppings and ice cream. Customer service was great and will definitely be coming back again! Thank you.

Hello, Moreno Valley residents! I wanted to share my recommendation for Churrito Loco, located at the intersection of Perris and Alessandro. They offer an impressive variety of churro options, along with other delicious items like elotes. You should also try their selection of aguas frescas; my favorite combination is the pineapple mixed with strawberry lemonade. If you haven’t visited yet, I highly encourage you to do so. Their churros are freshly made, perfectly coated in cinnamon sugar, golden brown on the outside, and soft on the inside, with plenty of dipping options available!

"**Value (4/5)**: While it is a bit pricey for what you get, they don't skimp on the ingredients. The appearance can be misleading; two savory crepes filled us up for hours (I even skipped dinner that evening). My husband and I consider ourselves to have a healthy appetite. We didn’t order any soup, but based on Yelpers' photos and comments, it doesn't seem like a good value for the price. **Food (5/5)**: We tried two savory crepes, Raphael's and L'France. The details are below, but wow, they were really impressive and now I’m curious to try their other offerings! - **Raphael's Crepe (savory)**: As another reviewer noted, it really does taste like a Costco chicken bake in crepe form! It’s on the heavier side, filled with creamy goodness, and comes with a surprising kick of spiciness that enhances the flavor. I wholeheartedly recommend this dish! - **L'France (savory)**: This crepe was lighter but still enjoyable. My husband and I agreed that they generously filled it with shrimp, as I had shrimp in almost every bite. Seafood enthusiasts will likely love this dish, though it didn't quite measure up to Raphael's. **Ambiance (2/5)**: The restaurant has a somewhat dated and dusty feel. The decor is dark, the lighting is dim, and overall it feels like it has seen better days. The menu on the wall had prices taped over and wasn’t complete. The absence of music made it easy to hear kitchen noises, and the air inside felt a bit stale. **Service (3/5)**: The service was standard. They took our order, delivered our food, checked in on us once, and presented the check when we were finished. Would we return? Probably, if we're in the area again. I recommend giving it a try if you find yourself nearby!"
