Ciao Italian Bistro Wine

the first time in this facility. very nice atmosphere and the service was good. the only grip I have is that it was never asked whether it was a special occasion and although the waitress was attentive, it was very business and not a personal flair. eating was pretty good, I would prefer this facility over the laundry if I would spend this kind of money. we went to our jubilee and everything was so beautiful. we ordered the lamb and the scallops and everything was cooked to perfection. the kalamari was also delicious. the salat had exactly the right amount of dressing. it was delicious! the brot served is a beautiful note and keeps us full. Christmas holiday drink with granatapfel (forgot the name) was sweet and tasteful!

A family member told us about Ciao Italian Bistro Wine Bar being their favorite restaurant here in Fenton. Our first time dining there last night, the food was fantastic, service outstanding (Bryce was our server) he couldn't have been friendlier, the atmosphere was also cozy. Hoping to return soon, one of the best restaurants we've experienced since moving here last month. Service: Dine in

We went in for dinner, its was unusually slow and our service still wasn't great. Wasn't offered cheese on the pasta, didn't see our server often. I wish they would change the menu up a bit, no spaghetti, no fettuccini Alfredo. After we received our bill I heard another table offered a charcuterie board special our server did not mention to us that was not on the specials list and I would have absolutely ordered. the restaurant began its day, and there was not much of a crowd. but as the meal went, the diners came in, but the noise level remained very damp, so that we could conduct a normal talk about our meal. melissa was our service person and she was great. very interesting about eating and wine. prices are not cheap, but it is not exaggerated for the food and service they receive. in any case a place to visit for a pleasant culinary experience.

My wife and I came to this restaurant to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Our waitress, Gabrielle, was very attentive and polite. She asked if we were celebrating anything special and made sure our anniversary was perfect. The food was fantastic, although I found the prices of the steaks to be a little high. The rest of the menu was reasonably priced. The tiramisu was the best we have ever had, even better than the ones we had in Italy. Overall, the food was very good. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We made reservations a month in advance for my son's 29th birthday at CIAO. We were looking forward to it as CIAO has always been reliable in the past. When making the reservation, I mentioned it was my son's birthday and requested a cake or some kind of recognition. We arrived at 6:30 for our reservation and were seated right away, but we waited 30 minutes for our server to come to our table. After ordering, drinks and salads arrived, but unfortunately there was a hair in my daughter-in-law's salad.
