Cie Sichuan Korean - Carta

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent! The veggie noodles were incredibly tasty, with a delightful garlic flavor that I absolutely loved! It was the first time for my friend and me, and we will definitely be returning!

We tried this because our friend had a Chinese foreign exchange student who chose this Chinese restaurant over others in Cathedral City where he lived. The food was excellent, the service was over the top. Sherry and Jasmine were very accommodating. We are happy to announce this is our new favorite Chinese restaurant!!!

This place is undoubtedly the best for authentic Sichuan cuisine. I recently enjoyed their homemade pork bao and hot and sour soup, and both were fantastic. I've never been disappointed with any dish here. I highly recommend trying something from their diverse menu to experience genuine flavors right here on this side of the Pacific Ocean. Ver carta

Food was delicious and not too spicy! Mapo tofu was more like regular cooked tofu but still tasted good. We loved sweet potato greens and clear noodles, as we enjoyed spicy food but can't handle food that's too spicy. Clear noodles were delicious with the right amount of spicy level. It was a bit hard to get connected via the phone though as there's one line that other customers usually call at the same time.

The food was sooooo good too! Everyone was so stoked and happy with what they ordered. I will definitely come back every time I'm in town. I ordered food for 15 people when they opened at 11am and asked if they could have it ready by 12pm. They said it was no problem and they had no problem doing it! I also forgot to grab the receipt and called them and they texted me a digital copy of it while I was on the phone with them. I had such a great experience with them and the food was delicious!

I went here with a friend. We were surprised by how few people were here. The decorations are clean and lovely. The vases and photos on the wall are all for sale. Nice twist. I first liked how clean the place was. My friend's wife selected a fish hotpot. I tried duck gizzards and we shared our plates. We also included the tofu and dessert. Let me say, fish dish....cooked perfectly. It was soft, moist and juicy. The gizzard dish was amazing. A bit of spicy with salty. Cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'm even more amazed that you aren't waiting on a long line waiting to get a table. Ver carta

A friend brought me to this establishment after he had excited about how good it is, and after he had eaten here, he was not wrong. The actual location and the building almost makes you think that you are not in the right area, but do not let that fool you. The owner/Cook/Server/cashier/Busr (all one person from what I saw) was very pleasant and took our drinks and orders immediately. Because she seemed to do everything, the order took a little while and the review even longer this was the only drawback with the experience. The available foods and options were great as the quality. There were options that you usually do not see on a Chinese menu in the USA. Great food, pleasant service, good...
