"I visited for the first time and had mixed feelings. The mofongo was a pleasant surprise, but the shrimp were disappointing; they seemed like they were taken straight from a shrimp cocktail platter. Additionally, my chicken empanada had bones in the first three bites—really unexpected. I wasn’t impressed with the sancocho either. Overall, I probably won't be coming back. On a positive note, parking is limited, but the dining area has plenty of space for wheelchair accessibility."

The café has a fantastic coffee machine, but unfortunately, no one seems to know how to use it properly. It's quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend coming here for coffee!

This is definitely not a traditional potato salad from any culture. I wish they would disclose the ingredients because I've never encountered randomly sliced multi-colored peppers along with carrots and potatoes, combined with whatever type of mayo or sauce that was. It was quite unexpected, to say the least.

Authentic Caribbean cuisine that reminds me of my grandmother and my own cooking—I'm a chef, by the way. This place is the talk of the town. However, the prices can be a bit steep by the pound, which makes me wonder how much a pound of their rice, beans, chicken stew, ripe bananas, or beef stew would cost. My main issue is not knowing in advance how much I can afford for lunch. I usually expect to pay around $9 to $12, not $24.
