"My girlfriend and I went here for a fun date night and had a great time. First and foremost I am going to talk about their $68 16oz Ribeye Steak special. The steak was served with goat cheese mash potatoes and those were AMAZING. As for the steak itself, it was completely bland! It was served with sauce on top and you could not even taste the sauce. The steak itself was tender though but did not make up for how flavorless it was. I enjoyed their signature Dovetail burger which was served with fries. The burger itself was amazing, the bacon jam was sweet and was countered with pickles which was a good combo. The fries were pretty good and had some great seasoning. We got a side of Mac n Cheese which was made with aged cheddar cheese. If you enjoy aged cheese then I recommend getting it. Overall great experience besides the steak. "this margaritas is on the campus of the mercer university in the mercer village. they had a good selection of items in the menu. the waiting staff was a little sluggish first, but better. eating was good and timely brought out. no long waiting time. the table we were sitting on was not super clean, there were eating on the menu and the floors were a little slippery when they were fucked with a greasy mop. Otherwise, eating was good and no other problems."

"Our experience at the restaurant got off to a rocky start. I understand that they were busy due to a large crowd from a nearby show, but we waited over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, which was rather disappointing. Once we were seated, it took a while for our server to come to our table. However, when she finally arrived, she was very attentive. My cocktail was just average, but the calamari was delicious, although the portion felt a bit small. Unfortunately, when our main courses arrived, my risotto was nearly inedible due to the excessive salt. Luckily, the dish was served with a salmon filet, which I could enjoy instead. Overall, while the restaurant had a charming atmosphere and our server was pleasant, I would choose a different place if I return to Macon."

"My brother-in-law and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday while we were out running errands. The trash can fries caught our attention on the menu, but they were listed as an appetizer. I wanted to order the Cod plate, which came with waffle fries, so I asked if I could swap the waffle fries for the trash can fries. Fortunately, they gladly accommodated my request. When our food arrived, I was delighted to see a generous portion of beer-battered Cod alongside the trash can fries served on separate plates. The Cod was cooked to perfection, with a crispy golden batter, and the trash can fries were mouthwatering, topped with BBQ sauce. Both dishes were served hot and fresh, and the staff at the bar provided excellent service. We enjoyed our meal with Bud Light and Michelob Ultra, although I didn’t sample any of the craft beers they offered. I will definitely be back for another Saturday lunch since I didn’t eat anything else that day. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, especially if you live nearby. It’s a solid 10/10 — a must-visit!"
