Everything was great. The snapper was a bit over priced for what it was, but was great otherwise. Highly recommend the sweet potato bread pudding. My husband loved his burger as well. Blue cheese dressing was out of this world.

Located in Mentone, this restaurant offers a more upscale dining experience with a bistro feel. They have a decent selection of wine, beer, and a full bar. The entree options were okay, but the salads were excellent and the desserts were delicious. We enjoyed our early New Year's Eve dining experience at this establishment. Ver carta

sad so disappointed by my choice for my jubilee dinner tonight. I am a 61-year-old foodie/restaurant follower with an extensive American and European travel resources and have never submitted a negative comment online. last minute I booked a jubilee trip to mentone. Elevation never fails to impress! The food is sourced locally and seasonally, and always exceptionally fresh. The beer and wine selection may be limited, but it is carefully chosen. The dining tables provide a quiet and intimate atmosphere, while the cozy bar is livelier and perfect for solo diners. I absolutely adore this restaurant!

two friends and I have eaten in the elevation this evening. we started with the muddles and marinated mozzarella. divine. we had the chopped salads with blue cheese crumbs, which was the best blue cheese and buttermilk ranch I really had. then my friends had the pasta and I had the ny strip. everything was amazing. the service was also wonderful. Excellent choice for brunch Sunday, driving from Gunters Mountain. No fighting traffic in HSV, quiet country drive with no parking issues. Elevation Bistro has it down. My husband had very tender grass fed beef medallions, I had a delicious flounder in a creamy lemon caper, wine sauce. He loved the Caesar salad and my chopped salad was a nice surprise with leafy greens, walnuts and a devine, slightly funky, blue cheese dressing. All dressings are homemade. Most everything is locally sourced. Nice Pinot too. I'm sorry that I forgot our servers name but she was very attentive and helpful, the chef also made the rounds. We have been to Elevation once, and that was for coffee and dessert after a long day of sightseeing along the Little River Canyon National Park, which is worthwhile, btw.The place is cozy and a bit quaint.
