"My husband and I recently moved to the area and decided to give this restaurant a try. I ordered the Cherry Cider while my husband opted for the Grand Rapids Brix Soda. My drink wasn't overly tart, which I appreciated. We also shared the Porky Pie pizza and the Turkey Flatbread. The pizza was surprisingly not greasy, and the avocados on the flatbread were incredibly fresh. I'm looking forward to trying more items on the menu, especially Tom's PB stout. Our waitress was very attentive, which we really appreciated. Kudos to her!"

My partner and I just moved to the area and decided to try this restaurant. I had the cherry cider while he tried the Grand Rapids Brix soda; I didn't feel too tipsy afterward. We also ordered the Porky Pie pizza and the Turkey Brot. The pizza wasn't greasy, and the avocados on the flatbreads were really fresh. I'm looking forward to trying more dishes, especially Tom's peanut butter creations. Our waitress was very attentive as well—kudos to her!

"Was in the area and looked around on Google maps to find a place to grab lunch with my boyfriend. Decided to try this place and was so pleased! The area was clean and neat looking. The waitresses we're friendly and prompt. The food was delicious! I had the chicken tenders and my boyfriend had the gyro platter. My chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The batter was a wonderful golden brown. The fries were the same crispy and golden. My boyfriend said his gyro was good and very stuffed. The price on lunch was great too. Overall I'm really glad we stopped in and even though I live about 45 minutes away, I might just make the trip here again for that chicken. Amazing!"

"I had been hearing that Donnies had great pizza and I hadn't ever even tried it before so being the pizza pizzazz that I am,having worked in the pizza business for approximately 9 years give or take,I just had to give this place a try. "Great food and nice interiors. I came on a Friday afternoon during a rush but still received good service and my order was prompt. I ordered the pad Thai chicken (as pictured) and had good flavor with a nice kick in spice (I ordered the second level of spiceyness). Will be coming back again, only improvement I would suggest is some of the staff could be heard complaining about other guests. It wasn’t anything too bad but as a customer found it a bit annoying to hear about that during my meal."

"Taco snob here. I can't believed I've lived in Central Illinois for almost five years and I'm JUST NOW trying this place. Wow. I haven't had tacos this good since I left California. Tortillas were perfect. Carne Asada was SEASONED!! (This region of the country doesn't seem to believe in spices or any other seasonings). Their chorizo was perfect and grilled until there were tiny specs of burnt. Carnitas were flavorful and perfect. I can't wait to come back and try their Mojarra. I've missed that dish. Try all of their salsas. They won't disappoint. If you're looking for a place that puts that NASTY WHITE CHEESE SAUCE on everything, don't bother coming. They do it right here. Buen provecho. I know I did. I'm taking home some tacos for my husband. I know he'll definitely want to come back!"

"My first time here. Went out for a drive. I wound up in Decatur, and seen this place was open. Stopped in and had one of the absolute best meals I've ever had! I had the mushroom burger. All their burgers are made of ground steak, not beef. I know soo many places that wished they could be as awesome as this place! My burger came with hand cut french fries, and a cup of homemade soup. The owner came to my table and was surprised how far I came, she gave me a complimentary piece of German chocolate cake! It too was delicious . The service is top notch also. I gotta bring my boys here, they will love this place!"
