Firehouse Subs - Carta

The manager is incredibly kind, and the entire staff is always very friendly. I really enjoyed the Prime Rib Sub—it was amazing!

The food was good...but we all ordered mediums and as many times as I have eaten at firehouse ..this was a TINY sandwich. Definitely not worth 9 bucks a piece. :

So normally I just stick with my steak and cheese, but today paired it with a meatball. It was not what I expected from firehouse but everybody has a bad day right? Other than that I'm always satisfied with them

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is fresh and served promptly. However, I hope they continue to uphold a professional atmosphere and keep personal matters, like family or relationships, from influencing their hiring decisions. Ver carta

I absolutely adore this restaurant! It's truly one of a kind. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff always makes you feel at home, just as a restaurant should. I highly recommend this spot in Athens; you will enjoy your sub every single time!

I love Firehouse, love that they're open 24 hours especially because I usually go between 12am-6am and can order online. But their quality has gone a lot over the past few months in my experiences. Orders missing extra fixings, pickup times are rarely met often 10 or so minutes late or completely not made yet, and recently I had the pleasure to bit into this rock hard meatball pictured.

I called to place an order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. However, when I arrived, I was informed that it would take another 45 minutes because of a large party or order. At that moment, there were only three customers in the restaurant. Frustrated by the long wait, I decided to cancel my order. It felt quite inconsiderate of my time, and no staff member offered to help or even ask about my situation. I'm really disappointed, especially since I visit this place often! Ver carta
