"Came in for a sandwich for dinner and much to my surprise this place was empty. The floors in the dining area were dirty. Counters along the windows were dirty. The employees were goofing off. Ordered and asked for very simple cold sandwich and extra mayo on the side. Coke machine had no ice. When another customer mentioned the ice the employees simply laughed. When my order came out, it wasn't correct, probably because they were too busy goofing off to pay attention to my request. Restrooms were a mess. Expensive considering poor service experience. Food was ok (and the reason you got some stars). Explains lack of clientele while i was there.Way better variety at Jasons Deli, better service, and they hold themselves to higher standards. Been to this Firehouse Subs twice, no fireworks here."

Large hot sandwiches and drinks! Maybe you need to wait, depending on when you order. Food: 5/5

The sandwiches are great, always boiled as you want, just have to get some cup holders, it's pretty hard to carry 2 cups with a heavy bag that has no handles that finally slip or soften out the steam and fall apart. Food: 5/5

I visited for the first time a few days ago, and everyone was incredibly sweet and polite, especially Adam and the chef. I ordered the Brisket Sub, and it was delicious. Even my picky kids finished their subs! I will definitely be back. Ver carta

I was thinking of a 5 star but the price was just too high . The sub and soup were amazingly delicious . This was my first time eating here and wanted to try it. Like I said it was yummy. Just a bit too pricey . Overall good experience though

I find myself craving sandwiches from here. Sandwiches are tasty, well made, and neatly packaged to go. There's several places at this Fountains of Farah for sandwiches, but I give my full 5 stars to these guys. Customer service always on point. Great interactions with all staff, they keep it professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

I placed my order online to avoid a long wait time, but ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food despite giving them an initial 20 minutes. The staff appeared indifferent, and the manager seemed even less concerned. Eventually, a girl came over to assist, and while it still took a while to get my meal, she was the only one who seemed to genuinely care about helping. Ver carta

Stopped by for lunch and I'm glad I did... way better than some other sub sub sandwich places, I wont mention which ones... but all in all great subs and soups... he'd at the door by all the employees fast service... the bbq cheese brisket was freaking good and the loaded potatoe soup was delicious... I came here years ago when they first opened... but I don't know why I never came back, probably cause I moved to Phoenix... but I'll make sure that I come back...Kid-friendliness: They give you a firehouse hat, that's coolParking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes they do

On a positive note, the staff were friendly, which is the only reason I gave it an extra star. Would I recommend this place? Well, if you’re really hungry, then maybe. After I got home, I finished the rest of my sandwich, and I couldn’t quite figure out what ingredient was throwing it off for me. I took it apart and discovered that the sweet ham in it really didn’t belong. Once I removed that, the sandwich was actually quite decent! So much so that I decided to increase my star rating and would consider returning if I ever crave a sub again, just without that sweet ham. But seriously, please do something about the mac and cheese. It sounds great in theory, but unfortunately, it was so disa...

"We began with Baked Escargot in Herbed Citrus Parmesan Butter—an exquisite dish in which the desire to savor every drop of the butter was undeniable. The Grilled Octopus with Cilantro Chimichurri was expertly spiced, leaving a lasting impression of refined flavors. The Central Caesar Salad, uniquely presented for communal sharing, was notable for its rich Anchovy Emulsion. The Cream of Green Chile Soup was a revelation; its creamy texture and depth of flavor were so captivating that they prompted a moment of culinary reflection. However, the Seared Diver Scallops, though well-executed, did not resonate as strongly with me; I had a less than favorable reception of the broccoli puree. In contrast, the Lobster Agnolotti was satisfactorily balanced and flavorful with its delicate pasta and butter-poached lobster claw submerged in a creamy lobster broth. The Honey Lavender Long Island Duck was another course that showcased the fusing of sweet and savory nuances. The undeniable highlight of the meal was the Ribeye Prime, a masterful display of flavor infusion, complemented by Chipotle Lime Butter and enhanced by the textural contrast of crispy onion strings. We concluded on a celebratory note with a Dessert Platter for my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture included an array of desserts from Petite Crème Brulée to a Mexican Chocolate Tart, each a testament to the restaurant’s dedication to a memorable dining experience. However, it is imperative to note that the ambiance was somewhat marred by the overly loud piano and live singing. While the music itself was beautifully rendered, its volume was disproportionate to the dining setting, complicating conversational flow and detracting from the overall enjoyment."
