"The service was great, waitresses were attentive, funny, patient, kind, great with kids! But the food... I don't know. To start, the water was horrible tasting, our toddlers wouldn't even drink it, ive never had that happen with water before lol! They probably should invest in a water purifier considering the revenue they are bringing in. The salad I got as a side was partially rotten, soggy, not crunchy, some pieces were completely rotten and slimy, falling apart, it was pre bagged and left open for I don't know how long, it didn't seem cold either. The carrots were wilted and turning brown. It wasn't safe, and puts people who are immune compromised(older, pregnant, cancer treatment, ect) at risk of serious illness. The burgers were amazing, SOOOO good, lettuce and tomatoes fresh, flavor incredible, but they weren't fully cooked. They were pink inside, which I was okay with, but not what I asked for. Again, just like before, this is a serious risk for elderly people or people who are immune compromised. I am not impressed and I'm borderline concerned about the competency of the cooks feeling comfortable serving food like this. I am not a picky person, but when I'm spending money to eat at a restaurant, i do expect basic fresh food and food fully cooked like requested. It didn't feel exactly clean and the lay out was confusing, multiple registers and booths, it didn't make sense. Thankful for the great service we got though, I didn't complain to our waitress because it's really not her problem the place she works has low standards. She, and the other waitresses were on top of their tasks and we didn't want to disturb them, they were great!"

"You have to try the mac and cheese with bacon. The portion for a side is huge—about the size of a football—while a regular order is as big as a basketball, according to my server Sam. I'm usually quite picky when it comes to food, but I participated in a mac and cheese crawl in NYC about 15 years ago, and if this dish was part of it, it would have undoubtedly taken first place. I decided to come here tonight after the hotel manager recommended it, mentioning their gourmet mac and cheese. I responded, "Now you're speaking my language!" Honestly, it's the BEST mac and cheese I've ever had. My child and I shared one order, and we still have HALF of it left! I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy it more often."

"Although the salad was good size, it was fairly expensive. There was an overwhelming amount of onions and blue cheese on the salad (especially since I ordered it without onions). They posted a picture online with a description but did not say it was on spinach the picture looked like lettuce (photo below). I ordered over the phone, so I didn't see the description on the board til I got there to pick it up...and it wasn't ready (was just before 1:30, so I will give them that one). The dressing however was very good... not sure if I would go back or not..."

"Love a good coffee house, and this one is fantastic. When my family had a hard time getting in (we were pushing a baby wagon) one of the gals unlocked the other door to help us out. Coffee and food choice are above Starbucks or Dunkin’s as well for ballpark same prices. The atmosphere on a Saturday is a bit more loud lively than most coffee houses, perfect for a family affair because our kiddos didn’t stand out when they got a bit overly excited about hot chocolate. But maybe something to keep in mind for if you’re looking for the classic quiet college study spot, this is not it, at least not on Saturdays. Also, bonus points for how lovely it is in general, very classy furniture and layout."

"I was in town with friends for the Wineglass marathon and we were searching for a pasta dinner the night before the race. The reviews are mostly good with a a couple bad ones sprinkled in that we were concerned about but since this is the only Italian restaurant within at least 30 minutes, we took the gamble. The food was disappointing to say the least. The homemade pasta was angel hair from a box and the chicken parm was so thick/tough (not pounded out at all) that it was inedible. The prices were also extremely high given the quality of food (we were actually up charged for said homemade pasta even though we were told it came with the entrees). I feel bad writing this but it was such a disappointing meal when we needed something to fuel us for the next day. Take out pizza would have been a better option."
