"we usually dinate here 2x year and have always loved the experience. Unfortunately, this visit was not so great. we had a great table for two with the comfortable white high chairs near the lobby, which made it quite nice to enjoy a quiet evening; the other table for two was lined in the rear space between two large groups. we immediately ordered a bottle of wine and when that came, we ordered our food. we waited for 30 minutes for an salate and swirl soup that is unacceptable. we have also asked our server kersten whether we could change the crowned greens for carrots on the chicken stable and the reispilaf for bacon cheese risotto on the salmon wild. she told us she had to ask the kitchen that was allowed. the table opposite us has another server and has changed its pages without modest discussion or permission. 30-40 minutes and the escapes were finally here. I guess the cook expressed his opinion by giving us 1 orange carrot and a baptism of laborious papasnips and the salmon was not even part of it, but a thinner smoker from the actual filet. the risotto was pasty and had eaten out. not the best meal and service. If it was a first visit, we wouldn't return."

Cena maravillosa, excelente servicio y excelente ambiente junto a la chimenea en una noche fresca. GlenElla está un poco fuera de lo común, pero no dejes que el camino de grava te detenga. Carretera no recomendada para vehículos de baja altura. Deja el Vette en casa y coge el jeep. This was our first visit to Glen-Ella Springs for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our server Kirsten was very friendly. My wife had their macadamia encrusted chicken and I had the beef tenderloin. I also had a Caesar salad. Our meals were delicious, though the portion size of the tenderloin and its accompaniments was smaller than expected. The apple bread pudding with house-made cinnamon ice cream capped a wonderful meal.

A truly memorable experience! It would not be an exaggeration to say that everything was perfect . The cuisine rivals that of any 5 star restaurant, and the service was unmatched. The ambiance was charming, relaxing, and set just the right mood for a top-drawer dining experience. We have not enjoyed a better meal or a more warm and wonderful evening out in the over 50 years that we have been dining out. If you are within 50 miles of this place, you owe it to yourself to make the trip!
