"Excellent! The cinnamon pecans are amazing, and the service is top-notch. The woman behind the counter is incredibly friendly and patient, especially when it comes to letting us sample. We bought some treats and enjoyed them while exploring the city, and they were fantastic. When we returned to the car, we decided to go back in and get more fudge for the road. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!"

"Carlos' Bistro In a word....Incomparable. Visited for anniversary dinner with my lovely wife. Carlos' was the perfect blend of intimate and friendly. Carlos is ever the perfect host/chef and Liz was the bomb The crab cakes and artichoke buttons are so good you will want to cry. Branzino was fresh, light and perfectly cooked. Filet a la Oscar, there are no words Seriously folks this is true world class dining right here in CoS. If you enjoy food prepared with love, do NOT wait another day. Please treat yourself, get out of the house! You will not be disappointed. Carlos and Liz, thank you so much for a wonderful night!"

"For such a small place, they create a fantastic variety of food, in the Spanish style (Spain). Flavors that I wouldn't have put together, totally work. Attention to detail of food preparation, visual presentation, and healthy choices (for gluten free folks) are the highlights. I always take pictures of my food for reviews, and I totally forgot... It was that good. Great nostalgic atmosphere too. Well done!!!"

"Was out in the area hiking and taking pictures and stumbled upon this place because I kept smelling bacon at the penny arcade… was NOT disappointed in the least. I had the Mac and cheese burger, and it filled me up for the rest of the day. Pricing was very fair for what we got and how good it was! Our waiter was on point, and didn’t bother us too much or ignore us. Would definitely come back next time I’m in town."
