"This restaurant isn't exclusively vegetarian or vegan, but when we found ourselves in an area where it was difficult for a vegan to find a meal, the staff at Paul’s went above and beyond to help us. Our waitress often checked with the kitchen to find us a vegan appetizer, a vegan salad dressing, egg-free pasta, and a vegan pasta sauce. For dinner, we ended up with bruschetta, salad, and penne with tomato sauce. While it may not have been a completely vegan meal, it was still vegan and absolutely delicious! We were delighted to meet such friendly staff and enjoy fantastic food. Our waitress and the entire team were wonderful. Next year, when we come back to this area for Plant Stock, we will definitely return!"
