"We go to Methodist hospital at least once a month! This time we stopped here for the first time! What a hidden gem! All the food was cooked authentically and fresh! Large portions and took a lot home! It is between Baytown and Winnie and the traffic was pretty reasonable! The place was very clean and the staff was amazing! We decided this was our new favorite place to eat on our trips! You MUST try this place! If you are on a budget, there are several items that are VERY reasonably priced! The calamari was THE BEST I have ever had! Vegetarian options: They have several “only vegetables “ options! Dietary restrictions: I have food allergies and found several choices! Parking: Parking is available right by the door! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Mongolian Chicken, Beef with Mixed Vegetables Dinner Special, Egg Drop Soup, Fried Calamari, Soup, House Fried Rice, Egg Roll, Wonton Soup Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot"

This is a wonderful little restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the lunch special, especially the General Tso's chicken. I will certainly be coming back. It's a solid 5 out of 5! Ver carta

I was a little skeptical of this place when I drove by since it looked like it was inside a gas station. But I saw the reviews and I tried the other Chinese restaurants in the area so I gave it a shot. And I was pleasantly surprised. First of all it's not open to the gas station so that was nice. Now the food..... I got Mongolian beef and it was very tasty and most importantly, tender!! Rice was ok but the Mongolian beef carried the meal. I will be back!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

"I know some other boba places can be pretty disappointing, and while their service might not be the best, the staff here is definitely attractive. Some shops charge exorbitant prices for boba, but here you can grab a drink for just $3.50. Sure, Barbi splurged on enhancements and spent a fortune on spa treatments, but if you're wondering, did he really just say that? Head to Baytown and check out the drinks at Tea City! My experience wasn’t perfect, though. The place felt a bit worn down, both inside and out, but it's spacious with plenty of tempting options, and some of the staff are genuinely good-looking. However, most of the employees seemed uninterested in serving me, and one guy in particular had an odd, competitive attitude, making fun of my outfit or snapping pictures without a hint of friendliness. I didn’t let it bother me too much, but still, a bubble tea shop should welcome questions and orders. I've encountered unkind people before, so I’m used to it, but that doesn't mean I won't speak up when it happens. The drinks, though, are really good; I would have rated them 4 stars for the Honeydew Milk Tea if the service had been a bit friendlier. Just be careful not to puncture your cup, or things might get messy! A spilled boba drink can turn the floor and your shoes sticky, and cleaning up can be tricky. Once freshly spilled, it can make the ground quite slippery, almost like a scene from an Antifa protest, and you might find yourself in a precarious situation like Langdon in Vatican City. Getting creamy boba on you can leave quite a mess, and if OJ wears his gloves here, it might just raise some eyebrows. That said, the boba is delightful—I'm addicted, just like Whitney—and it has a reputation for being as good as what Biggie would enjoy. Drinking it feels amazing, like the best experience ever, even if it leaves me feeling a bit piggy, and despite the chilly service, I keep coming back for more. So here's to the tasty treats at Tea City!"

"Came here to get luscious grilled chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. When I went to order, the person that shall remain nameless treated me as if I was incompetent, unintelligent, dull-witted and mentally challenged. I civilly asked for extra-medium waffle fries and was treated in that manner. I asked for nine sandwiches and fries and was questioned and doubted if I seriously ordered that quantity. I was furious, incandescent, outraged, infuriated and inflamed. I proceeded to the window and that’s a the well respected and educated man named NATE greeted me. I complimented him on his clothing manner and told him that if he wore khakis, he’d look like Jake from State Farm. He laughed politely. I then asked if they were open to on Thanksgiving and replied that they weren’t, then implied that if he had a say, he would open on Thanksgiving to serve a well humored man such as I. That’s when I asked for his name and shook his hand. He complied and returned the same treatment. I then questioned who supplies their chicken, he didn’t know. I then stated that they should switch their supplier to me because I give good c*ck (I’ll provide a picture). He took a look and agreed that I have good c*ck. Mans understood my humor and complied. He ordered me to pull up to the white line and I thanked him and he passionately said “my pleasure” unlike all the other workers that say it because they’re ordered too. NATE is a very respectable, impeccable, charming, gifted young man. He deserves a raise or a promotion and national recognition for his outstanding manners !"
