Jack In The Box - Carta

This location was 5 star for a fast food restaurant. Clean, nice people, food fresh and hot. Onion rings better than most.

ordered four tacos and only got 2. the guy in the drive thru even confirmed that we ordered four tacos just to not give us what we ordered. this place is a rundown joke.

The food was excellent, but be prepared for some ordering confusion. We ended up giving our order to the wrong person and had to wait a long time in the car because our orders were mixed up. Ver carta

This place is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. It's always something. Today they only took cash. Who the hell carries cash anymore. I guess that explains why the parking lot was empty.

They charge extra for plastic bags to execute large orders. As a delivery driver, this is the most ridiculous thing I've experienced. Why do they even harass at this point. Management really has to stop nickel and diming people.

I ordered a classic chicken burger, and there was a Hispanic employee who mistakenly accused me of ordering a classic butter jacket. When I explained that wasn't what I wanted, she became upset and aggressively tossed the fries and napkins into the bag, handing it to me as if the mix-up was my fault. Ver carta

I visited the restaurant a day after work during the lunch hour around 12:00 PM for a drive-thru order. When I got home, I was really disappointed with my meal. I had ordered chicken nuggets, a medium Coke, and medium curly fries, but when I opened the container, I found what looked like curly fries and onion rings instead of the chicken nuggets I expected. That same night, I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered, so I left a message asking for someone to call me back. Unfortunately, no one has returned my call, and it's almost been a week since I reached out.

The lady for the Drive-through has some attitude problem- I was trying to transfer money so I could pay and she kept on saying are you ready , are you ready I had said to her please wait- but she kept on repeating the same thing- so with a straight face I said to wait! Then she’s like don’t talk to me like that! And she started to speak in Spanish to her coworkers and they started to peak outside to see who it is! I was on the phone call with my sister making sure I get the correct orders for her kids! Everytime I come to this location I don’t see anyone sitting inside and there’s no wait in the drive way- I get it now after this encounter! She is very disrespectful- if she’s the manager she...

This is a horrible Jack In the box in Lewisville. You will be in the drive thru for about an hour to only get cold food or whatever the staff feels like giving you. Staff closes whenever they want at night and you can see the staff just sleeping in the lobby. They have BIG attitude and will purposely play loud music and watch you as you sit in the drive thru. I have been on the phone with customer service with Dash and they were so disgusted with how the Jack in the box employees were talking to me, to the point the Dash operator just cancelled the order told me to leave still paid me. I am surprised nothing has been done on how horrible service is here. I have called to speak to the manager... Ver carta
