Even if they're out of certain fruits, they’re happy to substitute with one of your choosing. However, I recently had a frustrating experience on the morning of May 11 that caused me to drop my rating from 4 stars to 3. When I arrived, there was no one at the front to assist me, and despite calling out for help, no staff came. Just as I was about to leave, one staff member finally showed up, but without any apology. He seemed uninterested and simply left my order on the counter without a friendly goodbye."

I had a disappointing experience at Jamba Juice. The cashier shortchanged me by $10 and denied it when I brought it to their attention. I paid $7 for a waffle and wheatgrass, which felt overpriced. The service also seemed inexperienced. Moving forward, I’ll be more cautious with my money and food choices and will choose a different smoothie spot.

The young woman at the front counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, both of my hearing aids malfunctioned, making it challenging for me to hear. She graciously communicated with me using sign language, which was a very considerate gesture. I wanted to take a moment to write this review to highlight her outstanding service. I hope she sees this.
