"This is my first time to visit a Jersey Mike's,thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday deal! I didn't know what to expect other than it looks just like a subway. But looks can be deceiving. I ordered the Big Kahuna with the parmesan bread through the app. I was greeted with a smile and a big hello as I walked in. There was classy piano music playing that reminds me of when I went to McDonald's in New York where they had a live pianist. To my surprise, my sub was fully loaded with all the meat and peppers and onions and melty cheese and the bread was so soft and hot! This place may look similar to their competition but I tell you, there is no competition. Jersey Mike's wins all around!"

I have been here for an hour, and they have served three people who arrived after me.

It's kinda on the high side as far as pricing but a decent sub nonetheless. Similar to Lenny's subs and better than firehouse or Jimmy John's (IMO). Ver carta

They have mastered the art of the simple hoagie sandwich. The perfectly balanced flavors and freshly sliced meat create a remarkable difference in taste. Bravo!

Carmela is great! Make sure to come at any time for friendly service and great sandwiches. Carmela was friendly and made everyone feel comfortable that during a pandemic is not a little feat! Be great!

The Italian sub was excellent, and the service was wonderful. I've dined at this location many times since it's conveniently close to my home. However, this area of FM 1960 can be a bit sketchy, especially at night. Ver carta

I have to admit, I've had my fair share of disappointing experiences at this location in the past. However, today I decided to give it another chance, and I’m really glad I did! I spoke with the new manager, Annabelle, and it was refreshing to hear her plans for improving this place. The food and service were exceptional this time, and I will definitely be coming back now that there's new management.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
