Friendly service, very clean, quiet. Can order ahead via an app, takeout or dine in. Good prices. Accepts cards or cash. I had the BBQ Chicken bowl which was tasty filling. Another in our party got the Shrimp bowl but wouldn't recommend as only had 4 shrimp in it. The SPAM Musubi was really good. I was really looking forward to dining here since I've enjoyed this cuisine all along the West Coast! However, upon arriving, I was quite disappointed—the online photos didn't match the reality. After I placed my order and took a bite, I was left in shock and disbelief because it tasted nothing like what I had experienced before! The food was completely different and had a buffet quality to it. To sum it up, I won’t be returning. Service: Dine in.

I’ve gone a few times and have never had a great meal. Something is always wrong or off. Mac salad just tastes like mayo and has no flavor. Katsu is always dried and is fried in what tastes like old or rancid oil. The chicken always tastes sour and like old crisco or something. Rice always is over cooked, and yes, I know what sticky rice is supposed to be like. I have always ordered over the phone and picked it up in person, and something is always missing or is not made when my order is said to be ready.
