"SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!! We did some studying and this was reported to be the #1 place in LBK, and if it isn’t, I’ll challenge you to show me better!! The only downside is that the lobster bisque was just average. Calamari was fresh, not frozen (restaurant GM stopped by our table told us what made the difference and you must get the creole mustard with it. The lobster escargot dish? You’ve got to be kidding me, I wanted to take a bath in it!! Ahi tuna shrimp Norma for our entrees (I know that’s a lot, we couldn’t decide!! we’re both hands down insanely good. I’m an older dude, and I’ve eaten out a lot, this is top 15 or 20 restaurant meals of all time, and I’ve eaten all over the US. We’ll come back in a couple days for appetizers dessert"

The food at this restaurant is incredible, especially the lobster roll and fish and chips. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Found this place by accident and love it! Our server TJ was great, and the lobster bisque and lobster pasta a la vodka was excellent! Will definitely be back.

The food was delicious, I wish I’d have made a reservation so we could have sat in the garden area. But we sat at the bar which was nice. Our waiter was on top of it and the food absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait until next time

My wife and I ate here three times during our stay in Sarasota. Every time the food was delicious... crab salad, Lazy lobster, lobster Mac and cheese, swordfish, Mahi, shrimp... and the wine was also good. The Tiramisu and the cheesecake should die after my wife. The waiting staff was also great. Competent and friendly. This will definitely be a goal for us in future visits.

This is the top restaurant on the island and possibly in Florida! The Lazy Lobster dish and the Grouper Madeline are extremely tasty. And the lobster bisque is absolutely unforgettable. Make sure to request Eric as your server, as he is fantastic at recommending the best dishes. Don't bother going to Anna Maria Island, dine here instead. It will be a life-changing experience.
