Manhattan Pizza - Carta

Have ordered from this location several times over the last 10 years. We ordered pizza well done it was undercooked and overly cheesy. Not a fan anymore.

Undercooked pizzas with holes in the dough, the cheese melting to the cardboard. Gross.This place used to be good. Now, it feels like it's being run by idiots.

the food here is egregiously overpriced. The pizza isnt bad. It’s pretty mediocre, but they are charging 2 or 3x more than other pizza places, and it’s really not justified. Ver carta

Can’t even rate the food because it never showed up. Service is incompetent and couldn’t even contact the driver or the manager. Said to call back in the morning if it didn’t arrive. Ridiculous.

I found the Herndon location to be closed, despite their phone number and website being operational when I placed my order. The woman on the phone didn’t mention anything about the closure and expected me to drive 20 minutes to their other location. I ended up going to Moe's instead.

Pizza is really good. Service is good as well. It would be best suited if you could speak Spanish to be able to order pizza from here. I ordered pizza and attempted to order garlic dipping sauce and instead I got garlic sauce on the pizza and no pizza sauce. Pizza was still good. Just a struggle with the language barrier. Ver carta

Driest pizza I ever had. And very surprisingly still with raw dough in it, which we confused at first with melted cheese and eat couple slices. We both ended up with upset belly. More than 3/4 of delivery went to trash. Definitely would not eat here or recommend this pizza to anyone. Sorry, it was a very disappointing experience. And not the cheapest one.

I have ordered from the Herndon location multiple times. The first experience was quite good for the price. However, the service has declined since then. I cannot recommend ordering from here. My last order, which prompted this review, was particularly disappointing—only about a third of what I ordered was delivered, and I was charged $40 for a cold pizza.

I ordered pizza on February 25, 2024, and was given an estimated wait time of one hour. However, after waiting an hour and a half, I decided to call the restaurant for an update. I ended up having to call four times in a row because each time, the staff member said she would check with the driver and get back to me, but she never did. On the fifth call, she told me to check outside. We live in a small apartment, and the pizza had simply been left on our doorstep without anyone knocking. When it finally arrived, the pizza was cold and not very tasty. I called back, and the person on the other end assured me that I would receive a refund, but that never happened.
