Marco's Pizza - Carta

I haven't had Marco's in about a year, but the last time I did, I found it to be one of the best pizza places around. Just wanted to add that it's amazing!

As someone originally from Philadelphia and now living in New Jersey, I have to say that Marco's is the best pizza I've ever had in my 57 years! It's absolutely delicious! I woke up today just craving another slice! I wish I could take a pizza back home to New Jersey with me! A big thank you to my Floridian family for introducing me to the best pizza place in town—Marco's!

I ordered a spinach Alfredo pizza and was really let down. There was hardly any Alfredo sauce on it, and the pizza was burned with some parts of the crust completely missing. There was way too much cheese, making it very greasy. This was my first experience at this restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed. The pizza is incredibly delicious, and I'm already contemplating ordering another one! I wish I could take a pizza home to Jersey with me! He was very apologetic and offered us a $40 credit for our next order, which we used two weeks later. We want to express our gratitude to the manager and staff for the delicious pizzas that were cooked perfectly this time. This Marco's Pizza in Clermont is our favorite location, and while mistakes can occur, I truly appreciate the excellent service as a regular customer of this franchise. I spoke with the manager about the issue, and he was very understanding and apologized sincerely. He offered us a $40 credit for our next order, which we used two weeks later. I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. Not only did they forget two large items from our order, but the employee I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and essentially accused me of lying. It's frustrating that for the sake of just $3 worth of food, they chose to lose a customer. They refused to issue a refund for the missing items, despite our order totaling over $100. I've never encountered an employee who called me a liar over a food issue before. I'm extremely disappointed in this establishment and will be reaching out to managers and corporate about this incident. Save yourself the trouble and just order from Domino's! I'd like to start by saying that not too long ago, I would have called this my favorite pizza place. However, my last two visits have been quite disappointing. On both occasions, my requests were ignored, which made for an uncomfortable experience during our family dinner. I'm not sure if others have faced similar issues, but I've repeatedly asked them not to put too much sauce on the pizza since it tends to overflow and we don't enjoy it that way.
