"Beautiful little place that has been a staple in the valley for 35 years. Still family owned and you can tell they truly care about their customers. The chef will usually come out when he gets a break and converse with guests to see how the food was. Many nights a pianist plays in the background while you eat. Food tastes homemade and amazing. "The bald head man is amazing perfect service he is very kind food was good however, one of the female workers the one with butterflies tatted on her arm she came at us very rude. My husband asked her excuse me can we please get orange juice and water and she responded who is it for you or her. I was so shocked to even answer I just looked at him then her . She acknowledged she was being rude. Maybe under stress I have no idea but it was weird."

"Absolutely delicious! I ordered a chicken quesadilla, which was generously sized and came with sour cream, guacamole, and other sides. It was fantastic! Even the kids' quesadilla is quite large and includes a generous serving of fries. The enchiladas have a unique twist but are still very tasty. The ambiance is charming, adorned with photos of Guadalajara and lovely decor. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!"

"el jalapeño is a great Mexican restaurant. your food and service is excellent. the many choices on the menu offer you the opportunity to experience the Mexican food culture. the prices are appropriate for the amount of food that is served. her menu item is the upper notch. I had to take off 1 star because they're gonna take the check at the end. the waiters write on what they ordered at the check, and they take it up to the register to pay. the person in the register enters the amount on the basis of the written order. on this way a fault was caused in a charge. I was overloaded for the nachos I ordered, but only the next day when I was reconciled with my intervention, I did not notice. I did not call them to fix the situation, but when I return, I will make sure that the price on the menu is shown, the price I am charged and I think everyone who goes there should do the same."
