"The food is simply unbeatable and it's our go to place in A2, but.....lately I've found myself getting repeatedly somewhat annoyed there at the service (or lack of it . My experience during lunchtime seems to be much better but the last three times I went for dinner, it's been sort of awkward because you don't seem to actually have a server. Yes, you order on the phone which is easy enough, and someone brings you the food and someone does refill water occasionally. Someone else might come by but I find you have to flag someone down if you need something. Never does a server stop by just to see if all is ok or if you need something. I get it, it's mostly self service, but I have finally adjusted my gratuity where it seems odd to just give the usual 20% (I think the min pre-selection on the app is 18% when you don't actually have a server checking on you. Also, the metal chairs on some of the outdoor tables are REALLY uncomfortable. Next time I gotta remember to bring my football bleacher seat cushion. It's just odd to see a place put SO MUCH effort into producing just beautiful and tasty food, but put so little care into the rest of the dining experience."
