Haven’t been to this McDonalds in a while The inside lobby looked clean and organized, the same however, cannot be said for their staff. Employees out of uniform where going in and out the back area and we’re overall very loud and rude, yelling back and forth about personal topics. When going back the next morning via the drive-thru my drink and meal were wrong. Service: Dine in

Many McDonald's locations struggle with their customer service. We prefer not to use kiosks for ordering and don’t use the drive-thru. Instead, we enjoy coming inside, being welcomed by a friendly face to take our order, and having the opportunity to sit and chat with our neighbors. Sadly, that experience seems to be disappearing. Why is that? As older customers, we don't need the latest technology; it's crucial to keep personal service at the counter for those of us who value it.

My experiences at this restaurant have been quite varied. Each time my stepbrother and I go, they seem to make mistakes with his order. He always asks for just ketchup, but they consistently add onions instead. When he tries to address the issue, the manager appears to already know about the problem but avoids making eye contact. The manager simply remakes the order, hands it to him, and walks away. On a brighter note, there is one employee I really enjoy interacting with. When we approach the speaker, he introduces himself as Patrick and adds a bit of humor to the ordering experience. Overall, the food is usually good and fresh—when they actually get the order right.
