"My husband and I dropped by at this amazing place for dinner and we are both blown away at the quality of the food! We ordered a ton of food lol. -Insalata Giardino Salad w/ extra cheese Pecans -Rosa's Specialty Dumplings -Rosa's Penne Alla Pesto 10 Pepperoni Pizza EVERYTHING was so amazing! The Pesto did need just a hint of salt. Other than that, everything was perfect. I couldn't get enough of that salad!! Best salad I've ever had- honestly! The dumplings were so authentic. All flavors were perfectly balanced. The pizza was so authentic and perfectly cooked. Overall such a great place. We are definitely coming back here when we're in Prescott. Our waitress was Sofia, and she was the nicest so kind and helpful! The place was so cozy and filled with happy people, maybe because of how good the food is anyway, 10/10 recommended!!"

"The food was excellent. But what made this very special for us was our waitress. Her name is Lynnee B. It was our 35 year wedding anniversary. She went above and beyond of what you would call good service. She is truly a very special person. We also had breakfast there. Food was great and the service was exceptionally good. The person who was waiting on us is named Morgan. Just a delightful person. Service: Dine in"

"Recently I had a birthday, and for it my wife went to Shannon 's to get me a cheesecake for my party. While there, the manager offered her to have the party at the establishment on Sunday even though they are technically closed....with the only caveat being that we buy the food like we would as if they were open.My wife surprised me with having it at Shannon 's, fully knowing how much I love their quaint, easy going atmosphere, and delicious food. There was about 15 of us at my party, and the staff on hand did a wonderful job catering to every one of us. The staff 's service and desire to meet our every need was as pleasant as the delicious food they served us. And, as always, the cheesecake was amazing. People that were there that claimed to not be cheesecake fans were quickly reverted to team cheesecake upon their first bites.I would, and always will, recommend Shannon 's to everyone I know. Thank you for being such an intricate part of an amazing birthday. I 'll be back soon!"

"Took 3 of my team members out for lunch there as none of them had ever been and I have enjoyed the duck burger there multiple times. Acknowledgment of their birthdays upon arrival was nice, but 4 people that are taking a lunch break from work aren’t going to have a “splash” of champagne at lunch. Unfortunately when we went to order the duck burger meat wasn’t ready so that was off the list. The food was served and it was very good, but we sat there for 35 minutes until we finished our meal and never saw our sever again even though it was extremely slow (2 tables). I had to go inside to pay where the other server was kissing her BF or husband when I walked in. I said I had to come in to pay since the server never showed up and asked if they were going to bring out any small treat for the three birthday people. I was told no, they only offer a “splash” of champagne and no acknowledgement of the poor service. Too bad service wasn’t better. You could have secured 3 more regulars at your restaurant. Now you may have lost one."

"The highlight of this café, though, was the ambiance. The service was understated, calm, and friendly—without being overly enthusiastic or intrusive, yet completely attentive and welcoming. The restrooms were clean and comfortable. The walls were adorned with artwork, and the atmosphere was filled with people working on laptops, reading, drawing, and engaging in quiet conversations. Large windows provided a view of the Riverwalk park outside, which features a beautiful green space complete with tables and benches. There was also a pleasant seating area at the front. Overall, the experience transported me back in time about 20 years, to a period when things felt more hopeful and creative, long before the pandemic shifted so much towards a corporate and bleak landscape.
