"Absolute disaster. Ruined my birthday dinner. We arrived at 630, didn't get out food until 830. The waiter avoided us and never came by to ask about more drinks etc. The manager never showed until I approached him. The people next to us came in half an hour later than our party and were out before we even got our food. Then we had excuses and excuses when we asked and I think they were all a pack of lies. Finally, they have changed the menu and it isn't as appealing as it once was. Two of our party ordered the chicken with red cabbage and got not very good chicken cut up and covered with a red sauce that they didn't like and white cabbage, not red. Next step yelp"

We come to Metro regularly. This time we brought friends for their anniversary. We had cocktails, Brussel sprouts, oysters, 3 orders of poke and the duck lettuce wraps. Service was very slow but we weren't in a hurry, it was just unusual. We sat on the patio, our usual choice. It was very hot, but the server kept our water glasses full. We are never rushed and have been known for 4-hour lunches with other friends. My cocktail of choice is the Chipotle Pear and on occasion have as many as 3. Our friends don't go out much and they loved their experience at Metro.
