"I walked In the door it was 3 minutes before opening but the door was open. I asked Politely if they were open and They told me I have to come back in 3 minutes . So I went outside and they locked the door behind me. At 7:30 when they are supposed to beopen..I tried to open the door it was locked... So I left and as I was walking away they they came and opened the door and anddidn't say anything to me. I run a retail store and I would never treat my customers like that just like that I would open thestore early if that was the case. The manager should be ashamed of themselves for teaching their associates to treat customerslike that."

I ordered a half steak sandwich and was let down by the amount of meat it contained. It reminded me of a Wendy's commercial—where’s the beef?!

I regret to say that I can no longer dine at this restaurant during my lunch break. I waited over 20 minutes for just a simple soup and salad. The place was overly crowded, and there weren't enough staff to manage the lunchtime demand. In the end, I had to get my order to go since I didn't have enough time to eat there. After 20 years of patronage, I find this restaurant to be both overpriced and disappointing. Ver carta

First of all my sandwich was put together horribly, we stood at the counter for at least two minutes while 7 employees were huddled around talking to each other (all seeming to be under 25). It took 20 minutes to get our food for take out. Two of oursops were wrong and as we where sitting waiting for our food to be ready multiple people were complaining their orders werewrong. The bread bowl was stale and one of the soups where cold.

I placed a lunch order for pickup using the Panera app, and the food was prepared quickly and accurately. I went in and collected it from the designated pickup area. I had the chicken Caesar salad, while my wife ordered the sandwich and salad combo. The salad was a substantial portion, and the chicken was delicious. I do wish they had given more dressing, as two small cups weren't quite enough. Overall, though, it was a positive experience.
