Pho Saigon Bay - Carta

Nothing special, my friends and I always eat here, location is great and get the job done.

There was a rock a size of half a pea in my rice!!!!!!Almost broke my tooth, I probably have a crack in it now!Goes to show the poor hygiene and pride they take in their food

I don't usually write reviews, but this place was too good not to share! The wings were extra crispy and full of flavor, and the soup was delicious, made with fresh ingredients. Overall, I give the food a perfect 5 out of 5! Ver carta

I saw the Yelp review and I know that it's not always true and reflective of their food. So I gave it a try today. I ordered: 2 orders of pho, shrimp walnut and chow fun. Shrimp walnut was soggy and chow fun was almost not edible, super spicy and salty. I'm too nervous to try my pho.

6/28/2022, tries pho and vermicelli with lemongrass grill beef and shrimp. Good taste. I wish the beef was cut into smaller pieces. It was hard for me to eat in a bowl without knives. 82021 Open and beautiful restaurant. Okay. The pork chop and the grilled pork are too salty for me. I didn't try.

My experience at this restaurant was quite average and not as satisfying as I had hoped. The menu offered a decent variety, but I believe it could have been improved with more options and better prices for the quality of food we received. As for parking, I don't have any comments to share at the moment. Ver carta

I have been coming to this location for 2 years and while I am not much of a pho person, I do enjoy their pho. The portions are pretty big and what I really enjoy is that you can come up to the counter to pay when you are done. This makes a huge difference to me because it's nice to pay and leave when you are ready rather than having to wait until staff at a restaurant notice that you are done especially when a place is busy.

Do Not go here if you're some one who wants a good portion for a reasonable price. Customer service was horrible, our waitress was extremely rude to a family member. Prices were extremely high. They skimp out on the food and food was not as good. Auto tipped that was wayyy out of budget. Water that tasted too much like tap water that was not filtered at all. Environment did not seem as welcoming and as sanitize. Food was unsatisfying as I took another bite I was unable to finish my bowl of pho. As some one who loves eating pho I suggest going to pho restaurants down in Sac for a better experiment.

Prices are extremely expensive for how small the portions were. The large pho bowl was a medium at other pho places. We had a table of 8 and when I went to go pay they already put a tip for themselves which is $22. WOULDVE been fine if they came to give us more water at least once or offer better service. They did not deserve the tip for themselves. The waitress was so rude to my mom when she ordered a special house combo. She said what special house. What is the special house you want She rudely made fun and laughed at her while my brother was trying to explain what it was she wanted. Very unprofessional. Will never come again.
