Pokitrition Sushi Burritos Poke

Incredible sushi burritos! I tried the fire chicken, and it was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and took the time to help me navigate the menu. I will definitely be returning!

Pokitrition is still one of my favorite poke place in Arizona! I'm glad they opened up a few in the valley over the years since I visit quite often. They always have me craving for more. Delicious sushi burritos! I love when I come in and they remember my order, GREAT service and GREAT poke!!

I also found it misleading that the restaurant includes "sushi" in its Google title, as they don’t actually serve sushi—only poke bowls and poke packs. The dipping sauces seemed a bit limited as well. Overall, my experience felt a bit like dining at a Subway, just swapping out the tortilla for seaweed and the chicken for shrimp. Ver carta

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, but recently I've noticed a change. Young staff members have started working here, and unfortunately, the customer service has declined significantly. They take your order in a way that makes it feel like they’re doing you a favor. There's no offer of drinks or sides, just a very basic interaction. The food is still excellent, but the lack of good customer service is disappointing.

Giving 3 stars but could have been a 5 honestly, the quality was there but the execution was disappointing (see photos)! I ordered the burrito with add hot Cheeto crunch on outside of burrito for an additional charge and didn 't get that. I picked this place over another option so I could have it this way! Super bummed. Also the thing was falling apart, badly, I had to use a fork 3 bites in. I would NOT recommend getting it delivered...

This place used to be great. Not sure what happened. It’s like they train their employees to short their customers on ingredients now, especially the fish. Price is way too high for the amount of food you get. You’re better off going to any of the other poke places in the Phoenix area. There are plenty of others that won’t skimp you like this place will.Edit for responding to owner: I’ve sent 3 messages to you. One you didn’t respond to, another that you responded to and asked for more detail on, and a third to provide that further detail. I love poke it is so delicious. I don't think I could ever get enough of it. When I went here I didn't try one of their sushi burritos even though I thought it would be interesting. Apparently, they were voted best poke in Phoenix New Times by Editors' and Readers' Choice, as well in Arizona Foothills Magazine. They have the the option of Hot Cheeto Crunch on the outside the burrito. The Sushi Burrito aka Poke Wrap (white rice and roasted seaweed) sounded interesting but I went with the bowl. Yesterday, I ordered two Fire Chicken Burritos, which were supposed to feature Fried Karage Chicken, for a total of $31.34 at the Chandler location. Unfortunately, both burritos were made with regular chicken instead, significantly changing the flavor. I reached out to Pokitrition to resolve this issue and received a Google voicemail response asking for my name. Despite leaving a message expressing my concerns, the receipt didn’t include a phone number. Later, I received a text from someone named Ivan who asked several questions but didn’t provide any solutions. Absolutely one of our staples that we visit at least 2x per month. I love that I can be low carb here with their salad bowls with fast service and great pricing considering the amount of food/seafood. I have been to other poke places in the valley and I hate that they upcharge you for almost every extra. That being said, they do upcharge for avocado (like most places) and others, but for the most part, asking for a little more crispy onions, wontons, etc won't result in an upcharge.
