Don’t stop here if you’re thinking about it. Never me took my order and told me there was nothing on the menu to serve. Person taking the order was extremely rude so we left. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Skip this Popeyes. Poorly ran and poorly kept up. My husband ordered the 4pc and they said sorry we ran out of the wings and breast so they just gave him 3 legs and a thigh. I give this place zero stars. Do NOT eat here! They served me rotten macaroni and cheese, and the staff were rude. The overall ambiance was disgusting; everything felt worn out and dirty. The soda machine was out of order, and several tables were taped off because they were broken. I tried to reach out to corporate, but since it’s a franchise, I couldn’t get a refund unless the store manager or owner got back to me. I even checked their health department records, and I have no idea how they were allowed to pass inspections.

They hardly ever greet customers unless you catch them on an unusually good day, and they rarely communicate any issues until you’ve already reached the window. The manager, in particular, has a negative attitude that seems to set the tone for the whole place; she appears miserable and makes sure everyone else feels the same way. While I’ve consistently enjoyed hot, fresh food, the poor attitude of the staff makes the experience not worth it. This establishment really could benefit from a complete overhaul of both the team and management. Frankly, you’d likely have a better experience getting food from a stranger on the street.

From the outside, it initially appears that the establishment is closed down; indicated by faded paint, lack of signage, and a rough parking lot. Upon entering, it was apparent that lack of staffing resulted in a less-than-average cleanliness level. The interior of the restaurant wasn’t dirty enough to complain too much about. The bathrooms however need attention. The experience with the staff was fine, contrary to reviews of a rude staff I found that the employees were helpful and accommodating. The wait time for the food was average; it didn’t take long for our food to come out. When it did, it was hot and tasted fresh.
