Ralph's Italian Ices

I've been going to this restaurant since I was a toddler, and each year it just gets better! The updated flavors combined with the traditional ones provide a great variety, all while maintaining just the right amount of nostalgia.

Ralph's Famous Italian Ices has been a Staten Island landmark for many, many years. I moved away years ago, so it's been over 30 years since my last visit to this location. It was as good as it was years ago. The ices are the best I've ever tasted.

The richness and taste never disappoint. Cream ices are just incomparable. Their chocolate milkshake depth of flavor seems endless. No seating so couldn't give it 5 stars. Note: No drive thru. Cash only. Be prepared to stand outside in lines that spill into a busy street. Ver carta

Family type atmosphere with the best ice cream, Italian ice, and cream ice there is! The staff is friendly yet professional. The line can be long, but is definitely, always worth the wait. Overrated and overpriced. When I was a kid we would drive 40 minutes to get Ralph?s Ices. They were way better back then. They are nothing like they used to be. Just below average ices. Better off going to the supermarket and getting Mario?s or Luigi?s?..probably better and way cheaper. If it was as good as it used to be then maybe it would be worth it. Ver carta

They just don't measure up to what they used to be—now they’re just below average. You'd be better off going to the supermarket to buy Mario’s or Luigi’s—likely better and much cheaper. If they were still as good as they once were, it might be worth the trip.

Visit this place on August 12th as a Doordash person. The worst experience ever. The teenagers working there were purposely ignoring me at the Doordash pick up window. I was there for about 8 minutes. Also, I was able to see my costumers ordersitting in the freezer. The manager on call looked at me and kept standing in the corner. I left to pick up another order fromKotens. When I came back I was ignore for another 3 minutes until this young lady came from the back to assist me with my pickup. Her name was Caitlin. Very friendly nice young lady. The rest of the rest of the team there.....horrible!! I purposelydecline orders from this place moving forward.
