"Our food was delicious, service great, and ambiance was lovely. I had the chicken club wrap and hubby had the Ruben with the drink and slice of pie special. Coffee was soo delicious. Also the potato soup was perfection. Desserts: hubby loved his chocolate silk pie and I thoroughly enjoyed my chocolate chip cookie which they slightly warmed for me . Definitely coming back and going to be our new regular lunch spot for when we're in Clarksdale! P.s. Julie our server was great."

"I was in town for a day and decided to stop by for breakfast. I was really looking forward to this meal. I ordered pancakes, eggs, grits, and sausage. We arrived shortly after they opened, around 7:30. Unfortunately, the grits were undercooked and the pancakes were almost burnt. I only managed to eat half a pancake, along with the sausage and eggs. Since we were short on time, I didn’t have the chance to request a new batch."

"I was refused service for having a service animal with documentation.. I offered to sit outside but because the tall older man waiting on us was too busy being a jerk. He didn?t realise I was going outside with my animal to eat. ? I heard it all before?was his response to me? he has been reported. He needs better manners and a new job where he doesn?t handle the general public.He refused service to a 100% disabled vet.. don?t care if they have good coffee. They don?t even get one star."

"It 's A Clarksdale/Delta Thing . I grew up eating at Abe 's...before they built on, back when there were only barstools and a few booths. The sauce is a vinegar/tomato based sauce that is extremely unique. The Big Abe Bar-B-Q has three buns and two layers of meat, slaw and sauce. The Big Abe Chili Cheeseburger is also a stacked masterpiece! The meat and the sauce have been the same since the place opened. It is still family owned and operated by the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of the man that started it WAY BACK in the day. I LOVE Abe 's and so do most all Delta people...but we grew up with it. It is fair to say that I went to a very famous BBQ restaurant in Charleston, SC and HATED the mustard based sauce...but BBQ is such a regional thing, isn 't it?"

"This is the best Church's Chicken I've ever had! We ordered the smoked chicken, green beans, fried okra, biscuits, and unsweetened tea. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and freshly prepared. The green beans were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The biscuits were light, crispy, and beautifully golden brown. The tea was freshly brewed and absolutely delightful! And all of this came to just $11 for two complete meals—what more could you ask for?"
