This place has always been a fantastic spot for consistently good food and drinks. The bar could be excellent as well, but there is rarely a bartender, even on weekends.

This is truly a hidden gem in the Adirondacks. The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant and serene. The attentive service is top-notch, and Ed was simply outstanding. As for the food, there are no words to fully capture the incredible flavors.

my prime rib was amazing. my mom really enjoyed her meal. my salat and rice pilaf were both very nice. our waitress and the busmaid made an excellent job! it is a more expensive place to eat, but it is worth it. are they ready to spend money and they will really enjoy it. Ver carta

We took our daughter out for dinner to celebrate her achieving her GN. The meal was excellent. I was disappointed to find that the rack of lamb is no longer on the menu, but the duck was fantastic. Our daughter mentioned that the Linguini Red Fox was delicious, so I’ll be sure to order that next time.

What a fantastic meal! Yes, it is a bit pricey, and the bill can add up quickly, but I assure you it's worth every penny. I had the lobster for lunch, and it was amazing. It came with a salad, and I also added the grilled mixed vegetables, which were all delicious. Everyone at the table felt the same way about the meal. We all enjoyed it thoroughly!

When in the Saranac lake area, consider the Red Fox your go to place. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant aroma. The air was fresh, and the tables were very tidy. The glass at my table had some water spots on it; I would recommend polishing it better, but other than that, everything was immaculate. The food was excellent, and although the prices might seem intimidating, you truly get what you pay for. I ordered the special along with two Parm dishes, and the total bill was around $100. The quality of the food met my expectations. The lamb chops were juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned overall. The experience was divided into categories: Food, Service, and Atmosphere.

We stumbled upon this gem during a quick weekend getaway, thanks to a recommendation from our hotel staff. It was exactly what we were hoping for—casual yet slightly upscale. we have a reservation after we recommended to eat there by a friend. it is a classic experience that crosses between American farewell and Italian language and reminded us to eat with our parents. I ordered the first rib open face sandwich and my ess companion got veal marsala. all entrees include suppe or salat and with fresh Italian brot. the brot is excellent and the salads were fresh. service is slow, but friendly and friendly. we expected it in this environment. the escaped came out and looked good at first. marsala court was excellent. open steak not so much.
